Well actually I'm RNG'ing in HGSS. The delays I usually hit are 487, 493, 495, and 499.

Even so, I can hit anything in between my range.. In theory, you should be able to hit 489, 491, 493, 497, etc. It's fractions of seconds here, lol... If somehow you cannot no matter how hard you try, then I'm afraid you're stuck with 2015. It's not a problem to other RNG abusers, imo. The date doesn't matter in battle. :S

Then make a trade thread, 10+ wants and 10+ offers. Otherwise, use Quick Trade.

You should RNG on SS/HG, much easier for ivs :D
