Since I've failed at RNG breeding Chansey, since I have a dumb Blissey that has a 0 IV in HP, hence I can't see the rest of my Blissey's IVs, I'll just breed me a new Chansey with IVs to use.

Ahh. I can't find any places where I can get TM Toxic, Psycic, Thunderbolt Will-o-wisp, Brick Break, Poision Jab, Flamethrower, and earthquake.

You get them with BP from the Battle Tower in both HG/SS and DPPt. Some of them you can get once in certain routes or with Pickup.

oo that sucks. RNG on diamond/pearl sucks with the tm iv checker =/

yeah i can try for the bold giratina
ill try on my plat. but if the frames are jacked from that distortion world ill try on my diamond =D

I know when it comes to RNG that when you do the Journal to advance the frame and it says something like "Caught Bidoof (DAY)", but what about if it says something like "Caught a Female Ponyta"

'Caught AZELF (LATE NIGHT).'
'UXIE was caught (DAY).'
'Defeated a male BIDOOF.'

any of those caught and defeat journal pages will advance the frame but one. so to test it out just find a low frame and do it. thats what i did the first time to see if i was doing it right =]
