    I've had people compliment me on my sprite work, so I decided, why not make a sprite thread?
    Most of these sprites are for my game, Pokémon Amethyst (see the link in my signature). I will be including at least 100 new Pokémon, so I've go to make a lot of sprites! Plus, as I am using Advance style sprites (not DP, I like the Advance ones more), I am "devamping" all the DP Pokémon to Advance style (both front and back).
    I also animated the first 30 or so Pokémon as part of a (now cancelled) project, so I'll post them here too.

    Oh yes, and please don't use my sprites for anything without my permission. Especially the Pokémon Amethyst sprites.

    I like them :)
    Though maybe you could make Chimephony face towards the trainer (In the battle scene)
    or it'll look kinda 2d-ish.
    I really like the DP pokèmon too :)Awww, i just love the axolitl! I have always liked gecko like pokèmon :D
    You might have to work a little more on dipleafs head and eyes.

    Axolitl is amazing =], your wichu could use a little work on the legs, oh and I like the animations

    those animated are reallly pwning imba :)

    how did you made them? is it hard? did you used photoshop?

    wow they are incredible and the animations really look cool! one thing that you can improve on is the scratch trainers they really do not look clear unless you look real close

    Thanks for the comments! I'll consider the suggestions.
    Asteroth - no, I don't use Photoshop unless I really have to. I use Paint.NET - it's kinda like Photoshop, but easier to use. I use Beneton Movie GIF to animate them.

    Anyway, I updated the layout and added a tutorial. Enjoy!
    I also recoloured the DP sprites to be in line with the Sugimori art.

    "Chimephony, the Orchestra Pokémon" is definately your best sprite.

    Although I love your sprites, I do have one thing to say.
    Spriting in Photoshop is a no-no... True spriters stick with Microsoft Paint ;) :O lol. Old school.

    Lol, GraphicGale is better then both of those.. GraphicGale is made for spriting.

    Oo you know Paint.NET? nice, i think not enough people know it, it is such a good programm besides it is free
    im always working with it

    Nice Fakemon, I love fakemon.
    And nice tut how to make pokemon, I have a scanner, I can draw something and then make it a pokemon omg!
