giving it Flash cannon seems like quite a questionable choice, as long as you have Solarbeam, then i see no need for it, may i suggest replacing Flash cannon with Heavy bomber? it works with Gigalith's epic weight, you'll have to breed to get it though.

Beeheeyem:
This is a good set choice, Zen headbutt is a good physical move that provides a good way around pokemon with bulky Sp def, eg. Birijion, or tentacruel. The added effects on your special moves are pretty good, but you may want to replace either shadow ball or energy ball with psychic.

Haxorus:
Surf isn't a very good choice, you'd best be putting surf on Samurott since it can use it better. Replace Dragon Pulse with Dragon Tail and Surf with either Outrage or Dragon Claw, dragon tail gives Haxorus an opportunity to damage ice or dragon types and find an easier opponent to battle. Focus Blast is not that much better, maybe you could replace it with Dragon Dance or Sword's dance, to boost it's sweeping capabilities, poison jab is a good choice, but it's type coverage leaves much to be desired, maybe something like Night Slash, which is again an egg move.

Braviary: Superpower is a bit of a gamble, you should just have one recoil move, i personally would keep brave bird. Replace Superpower or Aerial Ace with Hone Claws.

Golurk: Shadow Ball doesn't really work with Golurks stats, replace it with a Heavy powered ground move like Earthquake, then it can create a very formiddable team with braviary.
