Well, I'm not good at giving advice on sets of banners, so I suppose the best advice I can give you is to keep trying.

I can see that you like making Pokémon banners. Well, since I'm not a graphix designer, I cannot give you advice in this fields even if you pay me.

However, at least let me tell you which one I like:

1: I've seen that render used soo many times that it doesn't charm me anymore.
2: Now, this one, I like.
The Mario and Bowser. It looks really cool, in my opinion.

The Ed one, maybe you can smooth the render with the background a little bit more? It looks like it's standing out.

Metroid and Megaman is for the win.

There are many things lacking in your tags like depth, flow, lighting etc..
I suggest reading some tutorials on those.
