I noticed you mentioned on your other thread you used to take anti-depressants and they made you miserable. I can relate. They just kinda turn you into a zombie, huh? Or was that just me?

Nah, my parents thought for a while that my anger was a result of depression. The anti-depressents made the entire thing worse, I blew up on a hair trigger and actull became a bit more angsty and such.

Oh. That's quite different then. My parents put my on them because I was crying all the time. Never once did they really stop and think about what was really happening...anyway, that sounds much worse than what the anti-depressants did to me. They had me on prozac, like I said, turned me into a zombie, had an intense allergic reaction, took me off, put me on St. John's Wort, took me off once it was outlawed in the US. In fact, the doctor thinks that's one reason why my stomache's so "torn up". Do you take anything to control your anger now-a-days?

I was on a mood-balancer for a while, it really helpd. I'm off of it now and I manage to control my anger through mental discipline. It's something I pride myself on, actually.

Wow, that sounds like quite an accomplishment. I still have mood swings where I'll just start crying for a while. This may sound stupid, but...have you ever seen Roseanne? I watch it sometimes, and I sometimes start crying, because she kinda reminds me of my mom on her better days.

Oh. It's on Nick at Night at around 9:00 here. Maybe sometime you'll get a chance to watch it. It's decent. Really popular in the early 90s.

How's the synopsis for Robbie and Hope going?

Slowly, I've been having to do some lawn and homework. I really should have it finished tonight, though.

That's cool. I haven't been doing much other than sleep, since my IBS has been acting up, and that's really the only thing I can do when it does. But I did rent DDR. It's pretty cool, though it'd probably be better if I had a dance pad instead of just a controller.

It's orange on the cover and it says "DDRMAXX2 Dance Dance Revolution". I think it's the newsest one. I kinda like "The Whistle Song". I think it'd be fun to dance to.

Most of the songs on it are. I usually play ultramix, Sandstorm and Black Forest being my favorites on that.

I'll have to try those out before I take it back. Are you any good at DDR?

Ah. Once we get a hold of a dance pad, I'm going to see how well I do. I've never been very graceful, but I can keep a beat, so we'll see. Any tips for a newbie? :)

A few. First, don't stomp, slide. You on't need a whole lot of pressure. Second, try not to get tense, just do what you can. You'll improve, trust me.

Thanks for the hints. Now if I can only get someone to buy me the dance pad...and rent the game again once the five days is up. That's the problem with being broke; you've gotta beg for the stuff you want that's not necessity. Have you tried that one song "Superstar"? Even with the controller it's hard. But I bet if you get the steps right, it'd be a good one.

Is that a song you have to unlock? Because I don't remember seeing it on the list.
