Here are a couple of tips that all trainers should follow:

1 - NEVER give a Poke two attacking moves of the same type that isn't called Quick Attack or Mach Punch. It is redundant and only limits the effectiveness of your Poke.

2 - NEVER give Normal-type moves to non-Normal Pokes. Normal is not SE against any type, so a different move of a different type will be more helpful.

3 - NEVER use any HMs that aren't called Surf. Get a worthless Poke and use it as an HM slave. That brings me to my next point...

4 - NEVER use crappy two-turn moves like Fly or Hyper Beam. In the time it takes you to attack in two moves, you could have attacked TWICE with a one-turn move and done more damage.

5 - NEVER use OHKO moves, especially if you have to waste another slot in an effort to make it not miss. It isn't worth it. Better strategy will yield better results.

Anyways, on to your team. Fixes in bold:

    charizard(lv71)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    - Flamethrower
    - Earthquake/Rock Slide

Stay away from Blast Burn altogether. DD/SD makes Charizard into a sweeping machine. Use EQ/RS to take advantage of it. AA is better than WA since it won't miss if the Poke remains on the screen.

    pidgeot(lv57)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Quick Attack
    - Return
    - Toxic

Ugh. Three Flying moves severly limits what this Poke can do, not that it can do much anyway. Dodrio is about 10 times better than Pidgeot. If you insist on using the worst bird in the game, give it Return for STAB, QA to hit first and STAB, and Toxic to status. AA is your best move.

    lapras(lv55)
    - Ice Beam
    - Sing/Confuse Ray
    - Surf/Confuse Ray
    - Thunderbolt

    Level up that Lapras please.

    dragonite(lv70)
    - Focus Punch//Aerial Ace
    - Ice Beam//Dragon Dance
    - Substitute//Earthquake
    - Thunderbolt

Two options here. First the SubPunchBoltBeam version, which has no resistances, and Dragonite can hurt with both physical and special attacks. The second is the Dragon Dance version that takes advantage of its high Atk power. Do not disregard it.

    tyranitar(lv60)
    - Crunch//Dragon Dance
    - Focus Punch//Earthquake
    - Substitute//Rock Slide
    - Thunderbolt//Taunt/Aerial Ace

Basically make Tyranitar the set that your Dragonite isn't.

    espeon(lv60)
    - Calm Mind
    - Morning Sun/Baton Pass
    - Psychic
    - Substitute/Baton Pass

Espeon is a little limited in-game. With only one Substitute in-game, use it wisely.

Meh. Houndoom is still part-Fire. Being weak to both Water and Ground will forever make Fire one of the worst types in the game. Sadly, if they ever come up with decent Bug moves and decent Bug Pokes (that don't follow the same mold of evolving early then becoming utterly useless later), Fire and Poison will slide into the worst slot.
Dont forget that weakness to rock too that makes it worse.

Help me out with my FireRed team please:

    Magneton@Quick Claw
    Lvl: 59
    Nature: Sassy

    -Thunderbolt
    -Supersonic (replace this)
    -Tri Attack
    -Thunder Wave

    Crobat@Leftovers
    Lvl: 60
    Nature: Brave

    -Toxic
    -Wing Attack
    -Confuse Ray
    -Bite

    Kingdra@Leftovers
    Lvl:61
    Nature: Naive

    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Hydro Pump (replace this)
    -Twister

    Alakazam@Amulet Coin
    Lvl:61
    Nature: Sassy

    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind
    -Recover
    -Psybeam

    Mewtwo
    Lvl:76
    Nature: Quiet

    -Swift
    -Recover
    -Flamethrower
-Psychic (used 3 PPUPs for this move PP=16)

    (Need a 6th Pokemon)

Change anythig you se that needs to be changed and please help me replace the moves that have "replace this" next to them.
    Thanks

    - Protect
    - Toxic/Reflect

    -Thunder Wave

Bad Nature. Magneton doesn't have the greatest moveset in-game. Go with Protect and Toxic/Reflect. Metal Sound makes Maggie, but it is only available through XD.[/b]

    Crobat@Leftovers
    Lvl: 60
    Nature: Brave

    - Aerial Ace
    - Return
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Shadow Ball

Ouch. Bad Nature and moves. A Choice Band would be EXTREMELY helpful here, if you can get one (Emerald or Colosseum). You really want a Nature that is doesn't -Spd, preferably Adamant that +Atk, especially if you cannot get CB.

    Kingdra@Leftovers
    Lvl:61
    Nature: Naive

    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    - Rain Dance
    - Rest

Finally, a decent Nature! Kingdra must have Rain Dance. It makes it the fastest non-uber Poke in the game. Rest to keep it around and maybe even Chesto Berry over Leftovers, if this is in-game, since those battles don't last too long.

    Alakazam@Amulet Coin
    Lvl:61
    Nature: Sassy

    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind
    - Fire Punch
    - Thunderpunch

The return of the horrible Nature. I would breed Zam for a Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) and then breed on Thunderpunch and Fire Punch. Make Zam happy again.

    Mewtwo
    Lvl:76
    Nature: Quiet

    -Swift
    -Recover
    -Flamethrower
-Psychic (used 3 PPUPs for this move PP=16)

Which of these Pokes are not like the others? Don't use Zam and Mewtwo on the same team. Dump Mewtwo to give your team better balance. Add another physical attacker. Heracross or Tyranitar would be a good replacement.

    (Need a 6th Pokemon)

If this is in-game, just add another sweeper. If this is for link battles, add a special wall like Blissey or Snorlax to round your team out.

Change anythig you se that needs to be changed and please help me replace the moves that have "replace this" next to them.
    Thanks
Make a few changes and then post your team again.

actually now, my team is going to be just Mewtwo. He can solo the E4 and only get hit maybe one time during the entire thing (which is against "Rivals" Tyranitar, when he uses Crunch) he only takes off about 120 hp with that attack though. Here are my Mewtwo's stats right now.

    Mewtwo@Macho Brace
    Level: 92
    QUIET nature

    HP: 311
    Attack: 255
    Defense: 198
    Sp. Attack: 382
    Sp. Defense: 186
    Speed: 243

    -Ice Beam (PP=10)
    -Recover (PP=20)
    -Flamethrower (PP=15)
    -Psychic (PP=16)

I'm thinking about changing Recover to another attack since he really never uses Recover. I was thinking maybe Focus Punch (for the dark types) or Thunderbolt

    This team sucks.

    :t143: Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Rest
    - Earthquake
    - Return
    - Brick Break

I too lazy to breed. Horrible nature. I know.

    :t009: Blastoie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Toxic
    - Rest
    - Surf

This guy is sort of cool I guess. It walls I guess.

    :t085: Dodrio @ Choice Band
    Trait: Early Bird
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Return
    - Quick Attack
    - Steel Wing

    Rapes I guess.

    :t045: Vileplume @ Leftovers
    Trait: Clorphyll
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Solarbeam
    - Sunny Day
    - Sleep Powder

Brave for more oomph out of SB.

    :t144: Articuno @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Reflect
    - Rest
    - Water Pulse

At least it can learn WP too. :\

    :t076: Golem @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rock Head
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - Rest
    - Double-Edge

    Physicall tank thing I guess.

    Go ahead. I expect criticism.

Meh. Is there actually any fun in battling the E4 with a Lv92 Mewtwo? The in-game AI is so pathetic that you can win easily without resorting to using one of the most powerful (behind Groudon) Pokes in the game, that is 20 levels higher to boot.

I got him to lvl.100 now so it is kind of boring but I can use him to train other pokemon, just give the other pokemon you want to train a EXP. Share and there you go. Easy Leveling.

Anyway, next time shoot for Timid on Mewtwo and Calm Mind/Recover/Thunderbolt/Psychic for its moveset.

I'm working on a six poke team, and I'm set on three.

    Charizard@Charcoal
    Hasty
    Male
    Fly
    Blast Burn
    Flamethrower
    Slash

    Dragonite@Dragon Claw
    Docile
    Hyper Beam
    Surf
    Wing Attack
    Dragon Claw

I bred him and got a dratini with wrap, leer, surf, and hyper beam

    Heracross@Black Belt
    Calm
    Brick Break
    Rock Smash
    Megahorn
    Cut

I realize that some of these moves aren't good, but I raised these guys before I beat the Elite Four the second time so I used HMs on them.

I'm currently raising a Scyther, Dratini, and an Elekid to possibly take the other three spots.

Get rid of the crappy HM move and NEVER give a Poke two attacking moves of the same type. It is redundant and only makes your Poke less effective. Charizard, even though it is a Fire-type, can be an adequate Poke on your team. I would still suggest picking something better, but it is your team. If you stick with it, make it a physical sweeper with its STAB move. Flamethrower is fine in-game, but if you plan on any kind of link battles, then go with FB. Its Nature is not preferable, but acceptable.

    Dragonite@Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Docile
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Beam
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

I bred him and got a dratini with wrap, leer, surf, and hyper beam

None of those moves are good for Dragonite. Go with SubPunchBoltBeam. There is nothing that can resist this thing. Eats up AI teams all by itself. Bad Nature though. Avoid neutral Natures as they give your Poke zero advantage.

    Heracross@Leftovers
    Calm
    - Brick Break/Rock Slide
    - Megahorn
    - Rest/Rock Slide
    - Sleep Talk/Swords Dance

Another bad Nature. Heracross should be Adamant, especially in-game. I highly recommend the stalker version (Rest/Sleep Talk), but the SD version (Swords Dance/Rock Slide) will do. Of course that means no SD on Charizard.

Don't add another Dragonite. You already have two Pokes weak to Ice. No need for another. Don't add Scyther either, for that matter, since it would add ANOTHER Ice weakness, not to mention another Electric and Rock weakness. Electabuzz would be fine since you are in dire need of a good special attacker. Alakazam, Gengar, or even Espeon are preferable. What you also need is a Poke that can take a few hits, both physical and special. On the physical side, you should consider Steelix, Forretress, Skarmory, Muk, or Umbreon. On the special side, Blissey, Umbreon, Mr. Mime, Snorlax, or Hypno can be used. Good luck.
