Pay tribute of a dark attribute monster with 1000ATK or less to destroy all monsters your opponent controls with 1500ATK or more. Furthermore, your opponent must discard all monster cards in his hand with 1500ATK or more for the next three turns and your opponent cannot control a monster with 1500ATK or more.

I'm not sure about the control with 1500ATK or more part (like the next 3 turns), but everything else is correct.
