Hello, I want to know how much Pokemon Platinum costs in Japan.

My friend's mother is in Hong Kong and my friend says she will buy two - one for me and one for him.

My friend said it's only about ten or twenty dollars, but I'm not too sure.

    Thanks!

4800 yen (with tax) in Japan.
However, since I bought my copy at Yodobashi Camera by pre-order+special Nintendo games price reduction week, I was able to get mine for 4320 yen.

Since I used to live in HK, I remember that I got my Pearl for around 350 HKD.
Should be pretty much the same for Platina.

#114 is Unown, it can be caught in the Solaceon Ruins.
#133 is Octillery, no idea where to see it though, sorry
#135 is Lumineon, and again, no idea where to see it
#151 is Manaphay and you can see a picture of it (it will count as seen) in a book in Mr Backlots Mansion (the house with trophy garden)
#152 is Rotom and you can catch it in the usual place (but this time before the national dex)

Can't help with any of the other so far, sorry.

Well, right now, the only way I know to 'see' Gardevoir is to train it from a Ralts. :\
But, I think the Psychic type Elite 4, Lucian, has it. :\

Ralts seem to be very common on route 208 and 209.
I'm sure you will have no troubles as long as you catch it with an Ultra Ball or above.
(Just be careful... It likes to teleport if given the opportunity. ;D)

Hippopotas is in the cave with the Unown maniac just below Veilstone City.

Sudowoodo is on the same route as Hippopotas, just below Veilstone.

You can catch Kirlia on that same route also, level 25 ish. (5 levels shouldn't be too hard)

Lumineon is in a trainer battle on the way to Pal Park, versus one of the trainers in the water.

Octillery can be caught with Super Rod on the way to Victory Road.

I'm not sure about Gengar sorry... =(

You can catch a Ghastly from Eternia Forest and train it.
It's really the only other option, considering you cannot yet insert a GBA game and catch a Gengar in the room with the eyes that glow red in the Old Chateau.

There are wild Gengar if you insert Emerald into your DS in the haunted mansion. I believe they are more common in one particular room but I've yet to confirm that. O_o
