    Found another glitch. When in the tunnel or "passage" to go from Olivine City to the Olivine City Port:
    Go right to the bottom of the passage (next to the stairs but right at the bottom so you can't go up them. Go up 4 steps (to the 5th tile from bottom). Move left. You're now at the Vermillion City Port. Trying the same steps in its "passage" gets you into an invisible wall so you can't get back, and routes to other places are blocked. You might be able to fly somewhere but i only just found this and i dont have fly, so i couldnt go anywhere. Good thing i had just saved before it :). You probably already knew that I can ride my bike indoors but that could be intentional. There are a few routes ive found in which you can't get on your bike and if you ride your bike into them you can't get off. Strange permissions i guess.

    Edit: Oh, movement is lagging a little as well

    The patch!, I want to have it! xDD.
    About my bug, it's not in every hack I play, it's only in Shiny Gold and other FR hacks

    hmm. it could be that the FR rom you use is bad. do yu always use the same rom?

    Despite having changed the save type to 128k and such, I cannot save. Therefore, my journey ends at the E4. I already reported bugs to Zeikku, but now I shall give some suggestions I find pertinent...

    Regarding gyms:
    Falkner is okay, but he could have some other guy. A Skarmony would rock.
    Bugsy had an interesting Scyther. Effective on competetive play, but I dunno, it was kinda easy to beat it in-game. Also, think about adding an Heracross, to counter Geodudes ;)
    Whitney needs at least her Clefairy back, no? Or a Chansey... :p
    Morty was just too easy. More levels to him, NAO! :P
    Chuck had a Poliwrath and a Machop? If you're going to change his pokes, at least make it a Machamp! Keep the Primeape though...
    Jasmine: Not much you can do regarding steels. Maybe add one or two other steel pokes? (Scizor? Aggron? Metagross?)
    Pryce: pure awesomeness. 'Nuff said
    Claire was okay. I was expecting more from a dragon user. Maybe a Garchomp and a Flygon in there?

    If it is not too hard to change pokemons from trainers, have a normal LC version and a LC version in which the gym leaders all have these changes. It'd make the game a LOT more challenging. Hell, if you could have all gym leaders have 6 pokes, that'd so freaking rock!

    Also, you can return to Aqua's hideout right after the accident. That's not good. The pokemon you can catch there is too powerful for you to be able to take it to the E4...

    The new rival's pokemons are too weak. Umbreon is okay, Porygon is acceptable (more if evolved to Porygon2), but Murkrow? Give him an Altaria if need be! =p

    Amazing story variation in there, btw.

    Let me see what more... hmm... I think that is all, aside from bugs of course.

    cool. in this patch i have changed the gym rebattles to make them a bit better :P.

    ok i found a bug
    in magony town i went upstairs in the pokecenter and saw a random sprite of the male character i pressed a to it and the screen went black
    im not sure whether it is only in mahogany or not but the last time i had pressed shift f1 was in front of sudowoodo :[

    well again the upstairs of pokecenter is gone. in the patch that is.

    This is a great hack, im going to play it now.

    it is the pokemon in dragons den when its revisited,he doesnt dissapear if hes caught so you can keep catching him over and over.

    well suicune is and so a a few others. i wont list as it might spoil it for others.

    I found a few more bugs/oddities, these ones are around the Lake of Rage.

    1) The first trainer on the path heading to the lake from Mahogany has a Sandshrew that knows Fly. Someone posted this before, but I don't remember if they said the specific trainer.

    2) The Fishing Guru is a bug catcher instead of a fisher.

    3) If you talk to Lance before battling/catching the Red Gyrados, he shows up at the sign again and says exactly the same stuff after you're done.

    4) You can't get on or off your bike by the lake. You can get on it at route 43, but you can't get off when you're by the lake. If you walk to the lake, you can't get on it from there.

    2) he looked like that in the orginal so i thought i'd keep him like that.

    3) hmm. i had alot of troubles with that. hes not really meant to show up until you beat the red gaydos.

    4) some routes you cant ride the bike on. its a bug in A-Map 1.92

    Don't you think you use some black color too black?, I mean, in the games usually they doesn't use that absolute black, they use a variable of that color to work over it. BTW, I love the new Zane, now, it looks like a rival!, BTW again, tou are an experter outfit designer!, Zane's clothes are exelent, Axel's are just fantastic, and Rival's are the best ever, he looks sooo dark and badd....

    P.S: Could you change the berry trees?, they are really ugly... :S

    zane sprite is awesome. but poke mart and centre = ugly x_x sorry lol i never did like those designs. even in shiny gold :P

    I'm kind of taking the game slow, but I like it so far. You've put a lot of new pokemon and trainers along routes.
    So far I haven't even gotten to Azelea.. but I don't sit here and play it all the time either XD

    I've played about 2hours 3 minutes and I already like it better than any other hack I've played. Awesome hack.

    Also.. I'm taking videos of this too, it's going to be a playthrough but I'll probably put up about 5-10 videos at a time. I've seen a few glitches so I'll probably make a few videos every now and then to visually show you the glitches... since some are better shown through video at least.

    well, the first one looks more like an adult but very messey, the second one is more like a kid, and very clean, the hair looks a lot better, the two look almost totally different which is not necessarily a bad thing, but the old one does have some charms which you should incorporate, the only thing I can recommend (since I'm not a very good spriter) is to darken the hair on the second one if you're gonna use it.

    anyway I prefer the second sprite.

    Only just got here, and oh my goodness this hack looks great :D, i'll think i will start it in a min.

    And I'm gonna keep my mouth shut when it comes to the question of this or Shiny Gold, I want people to think both hacks are as equally good.

    EDIT: I'm suprised no one mentioned this yet (sorry if someone did) but the Wooper that Oak sends out during the intro has a Male Nidorn's cry.

    I found a glitch that's very weird. Whenever I get near to the lake of rage the game restarts to the gameboy logo. I'm playing this on my psp. Also linkandzelda your site is not working for me.

    The first one. I really like it. Perhaps, you could fix the first Sprite, but don't change it please.

    I'll try to. (I still have to resprite the first one seeing as it's indexed) But I'll make it look nicer. Just have to wait so see how other people feel.

    hmm, not sure...it shouldn't restart. maybe it's just your ROM. LaZ's sites down atm.

    Commonly because Link used up all his rom space and it repoints the same hex over and over.

    and Free Space is called

    FEFEFEFEFEFE.

    The Beta is like at 1.5?

    Im pretty sure Zeikku has everything under control. I think.

    Uhhh... "free space" is either FF or 00. And the byte FE doesn't represent the string "FE" in-game.

    Anyway, I played through it for a bit and it was pretty good. I couldn't find any bugs up to where I stopped. I don't much like the new tiles though. I think FR or Kyledove D/P would be better. Some of the buildings that connect routes and towns are "squashed" and it doesn't look very nice. I realise that you're running out of space (with the patch being over 2MB I'm suprised you haven't run out of space already) but you could always expand the ROM and expand a few maps so the buildings are standard size in a future release.
