At first look, the map doesn't look bad at all. ;3
..but then I took a second look.
There is zero playability. Every place the player can move that's not on a path (except the water, but who can make water unplayable?) is either one or two tiles wide. That only gives him/her one or two tiles to maneuver, and that's not good. Playability is your number one priority here, and in every map; I can guarantee you this won't be a good rating, just because there is none at all. :x
Now, if you were going for natural, then you've got the look down pat. Honestly, the tiles and palettes are nice, and they work very well together, which already makes it look somewhat natural. The tree placement is very.. well, for lack of a better term, integrated. A couple of different styles of trees in every block edit you can imagine. As far as flowers go, keep them more bunched together. Quite a few of them are really far spaced, and the closest ones are 3-4 tiles away from each other. I can't really comment on the grass placement since basically there's very little empty space to fill with grass, and you filled quite a bit of it. :/
Paths look alright; nothing wrong, but it doesn't look beautiful. Mountains are okay as well; they're not straight, but you have to differentiate between the layers. Sometimes, you need to make the next layer of mountain
not follow the layer under it, okay?
I don't know what to comment about on the river, so I won't.
By the mountains, you have an overload of rocks. Even the Rocky Mountains have less rocks than those (yes that was a horrible pun don't shoot me). Remove some, please. Also, that house looks out of place. Nothing to do with the mapping, but just my opinion there. :3
Again, I really hope I stressed that you need playability in your map. Please incorporate that next time.
Edit: Oh, and I swear that you've posted this map before. :x
