NaNoWriMo's less than a month away. Who's planning for it, and are you willing to give us a hint as to what you're doing?

Nope. I've got my hands full with Hand of Arceus. Maybe next year though. *shrugs*

I did it last year and burned out only after four days, so I'm not going to try it again this year. Besides, I already procrastinate enough on my fanfic; another story wouldn't even get started.

To add to what I said before, I'll use it to work on my fic, even though I don't reckon I'll fill the quota. Even an extra 15,000 words (500 a day? (b")b) would be really beneficial to it. Then if I posted nothing, or very little, during the month, I'd have a nice 4-6 chapter backlog at the end of it.

Absolutely nothing. Because by the time it ends, the novelty of having three of my bad guys stuck in a cornfield maze together kinda wears off.

(After looking up what NaNoWriMo was...) I'm afraid not. It's not that I'm busy so much as I don't want to put my current fic on hiatus. :s

You could do what some people do and use NaNoWriMo to work on your fic. You wouldn't be eligible to 'win' because you've already started it, but like I said above^^ some extra chapters wouldn't hurt. Of course, I do have exams. =C

Actually, come to think of it, this might not be a bad idea. I might give NaNo a try this way. It's always been (in previous years) that I screwed up because I tried to blitz-do an original fic or a fanfic that I just wasn't that into, and the end result wasn't that pretty. Maybe working on a fic I am into might put me past that dreaded 50k mark for once.

    Thanks, m'dear.

Nano! I have two options as to what I'll be doing this year... either a crossover journeyfic, or an "ancient Pokémon past"... journeyfic. Yeah, I never really feel inclined to write anything but journeyfic.

At the moment I'm leaning more towards the latter (perhaps because it requires less research and I am laaaazy.)

Drop it. Drop it drop it drop it drop it. I'm tired of coming home from work and finding people continuously dragging up old arguments that I told them to drop. It's annoying to not only the moderator, but to other people. It closes the Lounge off from everyone, making them afraid to post because it's just a fire in here.

So drop it. Drop it drop it drop it. I don't want any more massive amounts of posts to come home to, to go through word-by-word because people just love breaking the rules.

So drop it. Ignore it. If someone continues to poke things days after the fact, ignore them. Don't respond to it. Just move on. Post something else that doesn't make the moderator want to kill someone.

I'm unable to participate for the second year in a row. November is always a busy month for me, even with the lack of school, since it's the holiday season in America. Everyone needs their biscuits for the holidays.

So no extra writing for me during that month. Just my typical page/two pages a day writing I've been doing.

Bleh... finally a post in here XD (didn't have a good spot to jump in, unless if I just posted to create a bold topic).

Put simply: I don't have enough time, nor am I willing to make room for any.

Also, just got back my first Latin midterm result, it wasn't that hard of a test, but it does contrast from having the book available. XD

At this point, I think even I would be happy for more bold topics.

    Still, congrats on this.

    No need to use the surprised face. Everyone knows my worst bad habit when it comes to writing is I like to only write under 10k a year (for reasons that actually don't have to do with a crowded schedule) but, for whatever reason, still would like to be a writer someday. XD;

A bit like me, except I've done more than 10k this year. Main fic= about 20,000. Torn= about 10,000. Original=about 4k. So that makes up for the three-ish years I've wasted since I seriously decided to be an author.

Probably not going to do it this year. I'm quite busy with school and work, especially when you have a professor giving you a million essays to do . :<

What would your character (or characters) want to do over or fix?
In NE, Jacob did that already. He lied about not being the murderer of Ernest, so he's able to fix that by telling Bunny and Jenny the truth and have them do something for him. Lucas and Timmy wished they hadn't jumped to conclusions that Bunny is the murderer, so they would do over if they can.

Please, Feign? Go ahead and post the bold topics. At this point, I'd even allow them to be rather crazy.

Green Giant. *dies* And the random Santa picture.

Fred's the better Claus brother. *love and sweet potato fries if you know the movie*

What would your character (or characters) want to do over or fix?
With the exception of one character in canon who has regrets, only one of my characters has something that they wish they could change. They wish that the death that they accidentally caused didn't happen, and they go to great lengths to try and redeem themselves.

    ***Contains Brewing A Storm spoiler***
Josh at the moment will do everything he's done over again. But he regretting it at a slow and painful pace when he realizes how much he has already lost. Leaving Kanto for a while was the worst and best decision of his life.

I can bet Max would try to apologize May for ignoring her aboard the ship, and that David would redo his first meeting with Shadix.
