I am the only child in my family that doesn't have any peicings.

My brother has his ears pierced.
So does my half brother.
My step brother has his lip and nose pierced.
My four sisters all have their ears pierced, and more.

So, that leaves me. I just don't look good with piercings.

the bible says alot of things. And not all of them are nessicarily true. It's a book that should help guide you through life, not tell you what to do. EDIT: Also, the catholics distorted the bible so much that it's pathetic. I do come from a Catholic family, but we're decidedly lax. We use the bible for what it should be. A set of morals to guide your life by, not a strict set of rules written in stone.

but for me, I like facial piercings. any more than 3 though (not including ears) begins to creep me out

Are you saying that bats are birds and rabbits chew the cud? Are you also saying that we were created from clay and ribs?

ANYWAYS, I do not see a reason to remove your piercings, because if you remove them while infected, you might get an abscess, which can really hinder your health. If I ever get a piercing(which I most likely will, on my face 8D), then I will get it somewhere where I won't regret it shortly after the piercing.

Snakebitessssssss, they're awesome. I dont have them though, but I'd get them if I was allowed. Maybe I'd wait a year or two, though.

Tongue piercings are cool too, but it'd be too sore for me, and I'd find it uncomfortable to eat.

I know a girl who has literally 50+ piercings...you really should cap it! Septum rings are disgusting and look stupid imo, but smileys are pretty cool. Angel bites are..okay.

Personally I think piercings are stupid. Chunks of metal being stuck in your skin is not my idea of attractive. Infact I dumped one of my ex's because she got a nose peircing that I couldn't stand.

Some people like them, but I find them crude, rebellious and distasteful.

I find them unattractive and I would never have any myself, but I'm all for people doing what they want with their own bodies. There's nothing "wrong" with wanting to express yourself. :]

That's what I probably get if I did get piercings.

But then again, I'd have less of a chance of landing a job with them because of people's stupid generalizations and whatnot.

They look ridiculous, and I can't see why anybody would actually PAY for something like that (then again, I can't see why people would pay for anything designed to significantly change their appearance; most people look worse with that crap on than with it off). Facial piercings disgust me. so do tattoo's. I respect peoples choices to get them, but I find it less attractive, as if they were purposefully destroying their face. I will never marry a goth, in other words...XD

And piercings are really sexy. I don't mind if people don't like them, but to call people STUPID for getting them? No. People have different interests and tastes. It's ok if you don't like piercings, but do not even think any of us who have piercings are stupid. D:

I, well, I personally think they make a person look hotter and more themself. As in ..they're cool, cause they'd actually get piercings on their faces, even though it's still highly rejected by many. We don't care. :D

I don't like excessive piercings on me nor on anyone else. I find that a simple ear piercing is enough. Suddenly, people get piercings in just about every body part and that's just... so unattractive in my opinion. I find that the only body part meant to get pierced if you want one so badly would be your ears and maybe your naval (only on girls, though) if you have the body to get it and make it work. But apart from that, no more piercings please.
