I'll say Misty is the most attractive (from the episodes I've seen), but Dawn does come in a close second.

The anime tried to make a decent, non-fanservice male character, so they made Misty. They gave her a great personality and good character, but the more perverted members of the fanbase complained that she and her a-cups weren't doing anything, so they kicked her out and replaced her with a much worse character in May. To avoid just being a cheerleader and male fanservice, they made it so she actually did stuff. Too bad she sucked at that, so they replaced her again, this time with an even worse, even more annoying, but at least a bit more memorable (aside from Blaziken. because obviously blaziken is so damn cash bro that sh!t is nice!) female character in Dawn. Too bad she sucks even harder than May. They were bad enough the first time they tried, they shouldn't have tried again. Instead I'm forced to hear "POCHA" every single freakin' thursday and it makes me rage. In terms of fanservice, they made a 10 year-old wear a skirt. Real freakin' genius, PUSA. Yet of course Jynx is what you think offends people. At least pedo bear approves.

I did like the AG Misty though, they updated her look quite nicely. May and Dawn are too fanservice-y, IMO. :V

No, it's not just you. If I remember correctly, however, not only was she not in any sex-related scenes, but even if she was, this is the days of 4Kids we're talking about. It wouldn't have hit the US shores.

Well, the closest she's ever been in a sex scene was when Ash, Mikey, and Brock had oogled her in a hot spring. Even then, that was not in the anime at all, but rather, in Ono's Electric Tale of Pikachu.

That, as well as May "stripping" on the beach in Brave the Wave (Max's reaction implied that May was actually stripping down and putting on a bathing suit, and not merely wearing a Bathing suit under her clothes.).

And I wouldn't really say that Misty wore less clothing, as she wore a tank top where the belly was barely even exposed and wore overalls. Now, if she were wearing her RGBFRLG outfit or her pokespecial outfit, then I might say she wore less colthing. Even if she did, she never really got into fanservice situations that are dodgy that much, unlike May and Dawn.

Misty wins personality wise and looks. She is the best battler of the three girls and she's a gym leader! (Have you seen the episodes where she is a mermaid? Her hair looks really nice. Nicer than Dawn's. The girls all have the same face, but Misty's hair is the most normal.) Misty's hair is not orangy orange; it represents natural red hair. (I'd say it's most similar to Giselle's hair color from Disney's Enchanted.) As for her "short" shirt (I just say she had a growth spurt and she needs a new one. Which is why she got a cool new AG outfit.) At least Misty wore a sweater in the 2nd Pokemon movie. (Therefore, her outfit wasn't inappropriate. Out of all the blunettes, Clair's hair pwns> Kris + Dawn's. (BTW, I'm a natural red head just like Misty, and I love my hair color, so that's one of the reasons why I chose her, and want her to return to the show. (Even if it's only a cameo.)

FUN FACT: Out of the three, Misty is the only one who has an animated sprite in a game and she's been in EVERY Generation game. (RBY-1, GSC-2, FRLG-3, HGSS-4.) And her battle song in HGSS IS FANTASTIC. (Kanto Gym Leader Theme.) You also get to have a rematch with her and take pictures with her! =D (Her new gym is fantastic. ^_^) Cerulean City PWNS Littleroot and Twinleaf.

Dawn, for obvious reasons haha. She wears a skirt, a great outfit and her personality compliments her looks. I really like the way Dawn's hair is styled, very unique. I also really liked Misty growing up, nothing beats the originals but I was really glad when Dawn came in and is now my favorite main character.

I'm straight as well, meaning I have attractions to girls, girls, and girls alone. However, I definitely would not go as far as call them "hot" (doing that would imply that they are nothing more than an object. Something that, Being of the straight orientation or not, is something that's just wrong. I mean, May and Dawn are probably intended to be nothing more than objects [for goodness sakes, they gave May that rack [not to mention the fact that her brother's reaction in "Brave the Wave" implied that she actually stripped down completely in front of company and put on the swimsuit offscreen rather than just wearing a bathing suit under her clothes.], and Dawn's Skirt is so short that you can see it's contents with even a breeze [as a matter of fact, we DID see her contents once].).

Well, I'll agree with you about being the best battler of the three girls, but I'm not sure if her being a Gym Leader has anything to do with her skill (In fact, knowing what JJM has to go through, as well as how the GL's losses in Hoenn are very similar to JJM's losses, I'd have to argue that the job would actually make her weaker.). I definitely agree with you about her personality, as well. It's DEFINITELY better than May or Dawn (Let's face it, May and Dawn's personalities are no different than that of Love Hina, the Triplets, the girls from Two and a Half men, the girls from Princess vs. Princess, and the anime version of Sonsaku Hakufu's personalities [and you know EXACTLY what I mean.].).

Personally, I don't even care if Misty was a red-head, brunette, blonde, blunette, or anything like that. As long as she has a very good personality and is overall a positive role model, she wins in my book. And her shirt wasn't even THAT short. (Believe me, I've seen shorter shirts than her shirt. Kim Possible's shirt, Flannery's Shirt, Jessie's Shirt, they're all shorter than Misty's), so I don't even see the big deal about her shirt anyways. Besides, she wore suspenders anyways, so even the shorts weren't that bad, either. Another thing, Misty was already implied to not enjoy doing the whole bikini fest at all (In reference to Beauty and the Beach), plus she seemed to wear a towel EVEN WITHIN THE HOT SPRING (Believe me, given her position in the Hot spring, she wouldn't be wearing a towel.), which is not the same thing as some of the things May and Dawn do (in which case, they show clear enjoyment of what they're doing).

B) Team Rocket are FAR more attention-grabbing that Misty is. OMG, Misty sparkled. Big whoop.
C) This is sex-related involving Misty indirectly. Your argument is therefore invalid, since the fanservice, the point you replied to, isn't directed at Misty, but at James. (And Jesse as well, if you'd like to get technical. She looks better than Misty, nobody can deny that. :V)

Although I do want to say that it doesn't matter if the episode is banned in the USA. The show we're talking about is Japanese. It was Japanese people who decided to change characters, and to add in fanservice, so their version counts the same as ours. It's like saying that Jynx isn't a real pokemon because they wont show it in the dub.
(Btw, I saw a dubbed ep with Jynx in it in the advance generation. Did they at some point realize how stupid they were being and stop censoring Jynx?)
