I'm still waiting on the IVs/Hidden Power of the Modest Jirachi. I'm also now interested in the EV'd Weavile.

I'll offer a Shiny Flawless Umbreon w/ Wish.

Also, I'm pretty sure the IVs of that Shiny Blissey you get there are wrong. Blissey's meant to hit 714 HP with 31 IVs and 252 EVs.

I do not have a shop, and since I currently do not know how to IV breed, I'll EV you a Gengar (good chance of it having a Modest nature), though you may have to wait a bit (in the process of EVing a shiny Duskull). I can do it for the Shaymin.

Oh wow, you're so sharp (: Fixing the mistake now.

May I get the stats on the shiny umbreon? If they're decent, I'll definitely trade the weavile for it.

Here are the IVs of jirachi. Not so good, I must say. 6/0/9/21/10/13 HP Ghost
