Haha well I have some good news. I have almost completed the criteria for joining Squad 10 and other information so you can probably expect the post in a few days or maybe a few weeks. I do have things to do but I thought I'd let you all know I've made progress. ^_^

Anyway I read the new chapter...

I gotta say though... Despite it not being what I would have "hoped" it's still probably the "best" person to show up, plot wise... But I swear... page 16, first (top-right) panel... epic. EPIC. XD Just look at Gin's face!!! XD XD XD

And speaking of Gin... The last page... So I guess (hopefully) we will get that Gin/Rangiku moment after all...??? XD HOPE SO!!!

...Anyway I have yet to see the two newest episodes (the two past weeks' episodes) but I'll try to watch them today or tomorrow. ^_^

Oh, and I've been getting some good practice in Photoshop, so I think I'm gonna make some more banners or userbars for the club. Look forward to them!!

Who do you think is the strongest captain?

That's a very subjective question. Each has his/her own strength. It's difficult to say. And we still haven't seen Unohana fighting yet 8D

Filler arcs in Bleach > Filler arcs in Naruto.

At least the Zanpakto arc was awesome... in the beginning. It declines horrible near the end.

Which squad is your favorite?

SQUAD 4 8D Because it has UNOHANA XDD

I actually don't think he'll have a Vaizard form. It's rather clear that Aizen holds Gin and Tousen on 2 different levels of respect- which is probably why Gin is still alive. I'm speculating, here, but I think Aizen was experimenting with the Hougyoku on Tousen to make him a Vaizard, but didn't want to turn himself (or Gin) into one as well. Just what I think happened.

Ooh, this will be interesting.
According to their stats, Yamamoto and Aizen share the top spot, with either 540 or 560 out of 600.
Regardless of that, they're all rather difficult to compare. For example, Mayuri has all of his poisons and toxins, whereas Byakuya has his bajillion flower petals. It's difficult to say with 100% certainty that one is stronger than the other.

That would imply that you used one of those statbook references, which are basically wrong in every way.

Yeah, but still. Any item that states Kenpachi is the weakest captain can not be trusted.

That's because Kenpachi's Kido ranking is 0, which pretty much make his stats droop.

Well first we have to define what a God is, what The Devil is, and what Aizen is and see if he perfectly fits either of the two.

The episodes that Ichigo turns into a Hollow while fighting with the Vaizards are episodes 123 (Ichigo, complete Hollowification?!) and episode 124 (Collision! Black Black bankai and white bankai). I'm not sure if Ichigo only starts to turn into a Hollow in 123, or if it drags on into episodes 125+

...Is it just me, or is Shinji the only one that actually looks a lot younger? It may be just me, but he appears to be around 30 in TBtP, but in the current time, he can pass as a 15-16 year old! Maybe it's the haori that makes him look older... It kinda flows making him seem "larger" for lack of a better term.

Speaking of vizards, I'm curious as to who your favorite vizard is, or if you like more than one as your favorite. (Ichigo does not count in this question.) Mine are Kensei and Lisa. ^_^

Yeah, I think the Haori definitely makes him look bigger. Also, he cut a lot of his hair, so he looks a bit younger, I guess. And it hasn't really been THAT long, so he hasn't really aged much physically, if at all.

Speaking of vizards, I'm curious as to who your favorite vizard is, or if you like more than one as your favorite. (Ichigo does not count in this question.) Mine are Kensei and Lisa. ^_^

Eh, I don't really have a favourite of them. I quite like them all for different reasons XD. Reasons which I can't be bothered to make up explain right now.

Do any of you have any ideas on the matter?

Hmm, true, Shinji and Nanao seemed to have aged differently. I don't remember perfectly clearly, but I think there was a theory somewhere that age/growth curve when you're dead is different to that of a live person.
Like on Earth, you would spend 1 year physically being, say, a 2 year old. In Soul Society, that might stay around the same. But, again on Earth, you would spend 1 year physically being 20 years old, in Soul Society, you might look 20 years old, for 10 years.
This way, Shinji (who, let's say, is in his late twenties at around the time he got kicked out), still stays youngs, even after 100 years (growing only a few physical years enough to make himself look even younger), while Nanao, who was a small child in the TBtP Arc, grows a lot more physical years than Shinji over the 100 years, because she's at the age where the growth/age curve is steeper.
Make sense?

Also, souls might actually age differently in Soul Society and on Earth... I wouldn't be surprised if the fact that most of Soul Society is made of reishi might affect how quickly you grow.

That's always been a tricky question... First we must define "alive", "dead" and "soul".
I think, though, it's one of those topic where only Kubo can give an answer, since it's a theoretical situation that he made up.

I think to them, "death" is physically the same thing to us. Dying because our head was chopped off, let's say, or our hearts were pierced. But after they die, I know that a soul would be reincarnated (I think the only exception being Kaien, and those born in Soul Society [but again, are they souls?]), and a "living person" would have their soul seperated from their bodies, and eventually sent to Soul Society (or they become a Hollow).

This is a weird topic to discuss >.<

Well technically, Ichigo and Tosen can be considered vizards too, but just not of the one group.
Of the group, my favorite is Kensei. :)

But I also think the haori and hair did make him look a bit older.

If he looked 25-30 years old before, then how can he pass for a 15/16 year old now? I just don't get how his apparent age could go down. It actually kinda scares me... In a similar way that Gin's creepy smile scares me. -.-;;

Hmm... Well, Shinji did appear in chapter 1 (far right, if you didn't know), where it seems like he would be one of Ichigo's classmates. It would make sense for Kubo to recycle that, and end up making him look like a 15-16 year old when he first appeared. Then, when it got to the TBtP Arc, he probably thought "it would suit his character more to look a bit older since he has a lot more (authoritative) power".
You could, of course, also be exaggerating a bit XP.
