Hey, all I'm saying is that when it comes to physical attractiveness , my skin colour puts me at a disadvantage cause you know, white people are top of the ladder. You wouldn't understand unless you yourself are not white either.
"Top of the ladder"? That's one of the most biased things I have ever heard.
Then I wonder why people spend hundreds of dollars on fake tans/ spray tans/ etc?
Then I wonder why most top models are of mixed decent? Is Tyra Banks white?
Or are you just talking about the personal preference of people you have encountered.. as opposed to the golden ratio that is supposed to predefine beauty??
I thought this thread was about how you see yourself, and not how attractive others perceive you to be.
I can now expect you to finish all your posts with "OR IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK?" from now on if someone disagrees with you.
As for me, there are many things I'm unhappy with with my physical appearance. Height, breasts, complexion, pelvis width, stretchmarks, thighs, bum, eyes/undereyes, the list goes on. My favourite feature about myself is my wrists.. which is a strange thing to think about haha. Anyways, I think I'm a 6/10 on the good days.. but.. I try not to focus on it and instead focus on health, hygiene, and feeling good instead of superficial things that I can't change about myself.
