Power Plant is east of Cerulean, surf through those waters until you find it. And for Swampert X, talk to everybody in Cerulean, a few will disappear, and then the girl swimming below Bill's house, then talk to the guy by that lake on the route above Cerulean and you'll end up being taken into the cavern.

After you've talked to all the people in Cerulean then go talk to the one below Bill's and then the one standing at the edge of the lake.

Oh okay. I've got it already. I've 2 save files, 1 with the Swampert X whereas the 2nd one is w/o it. I manage to play till Route 11 on the 2nd one where the 1st one, I tried to do the Evil Oak's arc. There's a glitch. How do I fix that?

In beta 6, yes. In beta 6, there will be an item called "Link Cable". That ietm basically evolves all pokemon that evolves through trading (except those that are evolved through holding an item).

Also rockmanmegaman, I recently saw the poll you had for pokemon adventures green and saw that people wanted chapter blue first. Will you be doing that one next? You do not go to Saffron until beta 6.

Beta 5.5 ends when you get to Route 7, just outside Saffron City.

I've already finished importing all the script in Cinnabar Island Arc. So I only have the saffron city code to import, so I think maybe late at sunday or late monday.
