It takes awhile.
I spent forever it seemed like then finally gave up trying to complete the Dex in Pearl.
I think I was only missing like 40 Pokes.
Made a huge difference when I decided to complete it in Black 2.

You don't need the Event Legendaries to get the Shiny Charm or Certificate. (Darkrai, Mew, Manaphy, Genesect, Kaldeo, Meleotta, Arceus and I think I'm forgetting a few.)
In ORAS you do have to catch Deoxys because he's available in game now.

Chansey is taken care of.

You need a female with the HA and one or both with good IVs right?
Right now you have neither. If I can get you a Chansey with HA and like 4 good IVs will that help?

Oh you might consider keeping her as a Chansey and having hold item be eviolite. Some competitive people say that's better than evolving her.

I think you told me it was shiny...and you got it from Wonder Trade

there a few things..
the battle and Bank hack checkers aren't that good.
You can google the OT and trainer ID and see if they show up as known hacker

Certain Pokemon in in the Apricorn balls
Event pokemon that don't match a good event dex description

I usually cheat and post in another forum for review by folks who know a whole lot more than I do.

Like during Japanese late night time?

If they are using dragons what about a fairy like either Gardevoir or Diancie or one of the others not sure that Florges would help. I think she may be too fragile. Maybe Clefairy. I know a lot of people like Altaria but it is also Dragon and flying so 4 x weak to ice.
I fought against a Dedenne with Cheek Pouch that was pretty tough. I'd have to go back through some messages to find it's build.

and if you figure out a synergistic team that fits your style I expect you'll do even better. though I don't think 1 team can win against everything

The only reason I battle at all is the game requires it.

I tried some battle in one of the recent online competitions. I wanted the HA Amoura.
I felt bad for the other player when I won and I felt bad when I lost. Either way I felt bad
Decided that it probably wasn't going to be something I enjoyed long term...and probably won't do again unless it's to get a specific Pokemon

By switch out you mean change Hidden Power into a different move right?
HIdden Power is IV based and can't be changed. It's fixed when the Pokemon hatches or is caught.

You can use Bank to move the Pokemon to the stone but not the stone to the Pokemon.
