Okay, first off, those spoilers are kind of (when I say kind of, I mean really) annoying. XD Just keep it clean, nice and simple! You could stick the whole thing within a spoiler, but not each individual category. Makes it easier to read for the GM.

Okay, so I'm reading your one for Plague first;

The first time I read through it, I can gather you are exceptionally average! This is not bad! It's like getting a C+ or a B- on an assignment. It's still a pass, but you could always improve on things! Let me go over things by section...
Appearance! Okay, well, as much as everyone likes the odd quirk in a character, it should not really be the demise of a character. Shunned because his hair is different and has funny eyes? That's really only the case if the society he lives in has deep religious backgrounds, where different coloured hair and such can be seen as the work of a demon or whatever. Teenagers these days are always dyeing their hair funny colours!
Okay, next, is just a grammatical thing. You've said he wears both tee and cargo short combo and a kimono most regularly.
Okay, with the whole "american but japanese thing"... I know the japanese are very cool and stuff, but you should really explain why he sticks to the traditional japanese clothing if they are deep (which i pressume means distant roots?) roots. Are his grandparents Japanese and he's lived in that kind of society for a while? I don't think any real teenager wants to wear a kimono unless they grew up in a traditional japanese family.

The personality... okay, when writing a personality, you should really base it around one or two emotions. Don't make your character too complicated, because when it comes to actually playing as a character, you may forget things. For instance, I had a character named Ashi who I labelled as a leader, but made her silent. It wasn't long until I forgot about her silence thing and didn't remember it until later (haha...).
So here, you've kinda contridicted yourself a few times. Lighthearted means not burdened by worry, yet you have he worries about his friend a lot. He's polite, but has a bad temper. I think your adding a little too much and stating too much of the obvious; most human beings react when insulted. You should really only tell people about it when it's an abnormality.
History is... nothing, so I can't really go on about that. XD
And the other... okay, well, yeah. I gotta say, I am not the biggest fan of "can understand pokemon". I mean, everyone can actually understand when an animal is sad, needs food, is happy etc. So really, if you want to communicate with pokemon, don't make a cliche of having a person with a super power. They tend to get annoying. ):

also, just a note, using a character multiple times with different personalities will get confusing. I'd very much suggest you to make a new character for a new personality. you'll confuse yourself if you are in more than one RP. XD
