They're trying to make the game safer. I'm hoping they do because I don't want these guys to end up like Junior Seau in a few years. I mean the game is going to be violent no matter what, but I think Goodell is doing a good job trying to improve the safety of the game.


Well, baring any serious injury I see two guaranteed elite seasons. I just think because QB is a more mental position they can play at a higher level longer; Favre played well until he turned 40 and I can see Manning being elite for two more years.

I think Kaepernik is going to be good. I mean he has a small sample space but the poise he's shown so far, I think he's going to be fun too watch.

I won't be surprised if Brady has another 4 elite years left, especially with today's offensive explosion. I'm more concerned with our defense and Gronkowski being healthy.

I'm a Patriots fan myself. I was hoping for the 49ers to win as well - don't get me wrong, Ray Lewis is a great player and I'm really happy for him, but they never came off as a super bowl champion whereas San Francisco was probably the most well-rounded team this year.

I'm hoping for a Patriots/49ers showdown next year. I've been calling that the past two years but I think next year I'll get it right. What about you?

I hope you're not thinking of sharing experiences of being an English major. I kind of stopped going to college. I did graduate with a two-year degree, and then proceeded to float around, not knowing what I wanted to do with my life. I still write, five days a week, but I definitely know it's not something that I want to go to school for.

Instead, I want to go to school to learn more about retail stores, specifically grocery stores, if need be. (Depending on if I want to get out of my current department at the store I work at, but I enjoy the work.) So I can move on up the corporate ladder and be successful in a small way.

You're making your way up in the world and planning to do what with the English degree? What do you do with a degree in English?
