But he's just as important as those two. Shigeru is the general ideaman/Godfather, Iwata is more innovation-type guy and Yokoi micro-managed the handheld market and the Gameboy. If it weren't for him and his ideas to kill graphics for life span, the GameBoy wouldn't have been created and we wouldn't be discussing the 3DS right now. D:

You know what Nintendo's innovation business plan is.

In short: do the best with your tech now, and then, years later when technology has advanced dig it up and do it right.

The 3DS is just the Virtual Boy with 3000% less suckage.

Maybe they could do what the Move and Kinect are doing, upgrade the console instead of making a brand new one.

The DS lasted a good six years and I'm guessing it'll go on for around 3 or 4 more years and then Nintendo will bin it, but they can make the 3DS last as long as they're willing to love it.

Besides, I'm not sure how many more innovations they can make. o3o

They could milk us for years. n_n
