Yes, however I found out that you actually have to subtract 1C from the offset you want the song to jump to :P That's why it wasn't working; my calculation was off by 3. I even made a video of the loop working :D 1ysKYGxxMZY

It's not exactly the most simple thing in the world... But it's not the hardest, either. However, making a tool for it is probably going to be slightly difficult because you need to have the loop point call to an offset.

I could care less about my progress in SoulSilver, so I'm going to just leave HeartGold as it is and play over SoulSilver again, if anything. Those are by far my most favorite of the fourth generation. :)
