Figured out my next Diamond hunt. Fishing in the Great Marsh. Two things to accomplish here; first fishing shiny, and first safari zone shiny. I am using super rod so the pokemon I can get are Carvanha, Whiscash, and Gyarados. Anything will do here as long as I catch it.

I just hit ~8k REs at Stark Mountain. I don't keep track of my encounters but 8k is a conservative estimate. (I am probably somewhere between 8.5k-9k in reality). Hopefully a shiny pops up soon so I can move on to another hunt somewhere else. I hit 500 hours on Diamond version yesterday as well.
