There is a lesson to be learned here. If you are using Gameshark, always always ALWAYS put the switch in OFF position when the code isn't in use!

No, it works anywhere. You need the list, in order to figure out how strong to make your Pok?mon. But once you have that information, it works just fine, on its own, on your Gameboy.

I bet I know what's going on here. When you beat the Elite Four, it probably recalculates your Pok?mons' statistics. Thus, your Level 100 Pok?mon are getting their HP boosted due to HP experience gained in the fights.
