I tend to try to keep them roughly the same... For example, my team currently consists of: Notch-Eared Pichu lv.31 Croconaw lv.28 Sneasel lv.23 However, I'll raised Notchi in Pokewalker, as it'll level up less than the others. Sneasel will go up massive levels in the gym at Ecruteak. Croconaw...

Depends. If you use Rain Dance, it's 100% accuracy. Handy against Red Gyarados if you use the PCPichu (jolly nature puts down the power, so it nearly OHKOs with mine, at least)
