RNG is legal, js. And IVs go to 31, so you're listing stats. Also, not a lot of people will trade away items like that, and then you have to realize most people aren't gonna train it for you haha. So you'd have to change your request to a Shroomish and the EV training would have to be done by yourself, unless you find a shop with EV training services. And some shops do trade EV trained Pokemon already, so you could also check for that. That's probably mostly why it's declined. If you changed your request to something like this:

Pokemon: Shroomish
Gender: Male
Shiny: No
IVs: flawless
Ability: Poison Heal
Egg moves: (well idk Shroomish egg moves lol)

That would probably bode better, but you should also consider checking to see if the trader has one already, cause that's fairly common I think.

DON'T TELL ME THAT NOW I FEEL MEAN. lol :( If my trade shop was still around and I was still in the groove and had time, I would do it, but it fell into oblivion. lol Have you tried checking TwilightBlade's thread, or Gonz0's and Vapreon7's? If memory serves, they do RNG requests. I haven't been active in Trade Corner since June though, so I'm rusty with RNG and trade stuff at the moment lol.

What did you want btw? Cause most people that RNG won't do it if it's not competitively viable (like an Adamant Petilil or Modest Machop), and you could also consider checking shops to see if someone already has what you're looking for. Cause a lot of us don't like RNGing something we've done before when we could just clone it.

Ummmm no I wouldn't, sorry. In the future, try checking trade shops in Trade Corner and find a shop that offers RNG. Personally, most of us that have a trade shop and can RNG find it a bit rude when people just come out of the blue and ask us informally instead of making a proper request in shops. Just advice, cause some people really get bugged by that, lol.
