I caught all 3 of them. (They are now in my AS game.) The first I caught was Zapdos, then I caught Moltres with a Poke Ball and a lot of time later, I caught Articuno. My favourite is Articuno, but all of them are between my favourite Pokémon.

Wally is one of the biggest improvements from RSE to ORAS. The remakes gave him a lot of character developement, and now he is so amazing as a character. Also, his battle theme has to be one of the best in Pokémon history.

@Anvils Alive, The ROM was not modified and the version is 1.2, that came out few days ago, so I don't think that's the problem.
