i think my lucario is better ish
Lv100 modest has wise glasses. his sp. atk 350+
Psychic, Dark pulse, aura spehre and dragon pulse
i know kinda standard Lucario though.

the nature raises it Sp.Atk but lowers is Phy. Atk
all it a moves are Special, the item increases Sp.Atk's too

Use Calm mind raises speical stas or
Bulk up raises Physical stats.
have defensive berry attached to reduce super effect hits
ninjask learns harden, yay! its kinda defensive

hmm but you think about it
if you were to use swords attack it only raises attack.
And They Attack Lucario With An Effective Move(Flamethrower)
They Die. Its A 50/ 100 Move

Aerial ace is good flying move you only the TM once, but like me if you have pokemon emerald use
the pokemon duplicating glitch and put the TM on it. you'll get another..
TM with the duplicated pokemon. keep duplicated the TM's till you have
enough, then make pokemon hold the TM's then send them to Diamond or pearl.

Psychic and good move and easy TM to get.

Most players in games doubt or ignore stat up or stat down moves and support moves but use them well and your opppent will be shocked.

If i am not sure but try can chain the effect using Pysch UP

example
ninjask boosted - baton pass
next turn pokemon that was left there make it us psych up
now both pokemon are boosted.
now if one pokemon dies replace it with another with psych up and copy the effects again
you could keep doing that.
Just becareful for a pokemon with haze

anyway that tank could be a drapion with acupressure
you can use it one an ally pokemon as well himself
instead using sword dance or double team use protect with ninjask
and acupressure with drapion.. on ninjask
the only problem is the stat up is random
but it does it greatly. then switch when you get a speed boost or when your happy.

Hmm I Recomend That You Kinda Change The Moves Because If You Were Fighting A Pokemon Who Has Advantage Over You. You Can Have A Move Thats Super Efffective To Him.

Well I See You Need Help Making A Team Huh?

i have a stat up pokemon use a Ninjask with
baton pass, sword dance, and double team, and protect also the abitily speed boost
or a yanmega i am not sure if they can learn baton pass
or yanma/ yanmega if it learns baton pass naturally but it has speed boost as an ability

how to use them
use the pokemon in a double battle
because this tactic is awesome.
first use ninjask/yanmega use a stat up move
make the other pokemon use the move "follow me" make sure it a tank pokemon, (have leftovers)
that way it gets the damaged for ninjask/yanmega while its stats get raised.
after you should get a speed boost then switch.

i always do this when using slow pokemon like Tyranitar and Metagross.

You could use TTar, I'd like to see him be a Choice Bander, or Dragon Dancer. Here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/tyranitar Has all the possible sets for TTar (and every other Pokemon on your team)

Milotic can be used if you'd like. Froslass isn't that good, you'll want some sheer power. I'd suggest Mamoswine, Choice Banded or Life Orbed.
