Don't use Dusknoir, there are better better Pressure stallers, like Suicune and Spiritomb.

Spiritomb has no weaknesses, and can cripple enemies with WoW, though Weezing does that. You also need a reliable counter to Mixape. I would reccomend Vaporeon. It can Wish pass, meaning you can heal other teammates, and it can beat Gyarados, AND Garchomp.

Pokemon have stats. There are different stats: HP/Attack/Defense/Special Attack/Special Defense/Speed.

A physical sweeper would have a lot of attack, such as Lucario. Even though Lucario has more SpA, he has Swords Dance, meaning he can become a physical sweeper. Let's look at your team now:

Raikou/Lucario/Weezing/Blissey

You have not real weaknesses...Yet. I feel a status absorber could work, of course, you could just use Aromatherapy on Blissey. I see no real changes, list another 2 Pokes you want to use.

Raikou? And Blissey. Good start, so let's look at their weaknesses:

Raikou is weak to ground, whereas Blissey is weak to fighting. You could opt for a sweeper or a wall that resists or is immune to both. Gengar and Mismagius are immune to both, and are special sweepers. However, Weezing is a reliable wall that can resist fighting and is immune to ground attacks. I'd opt for Weezing to be honest.
