I also recommend playing Perfect Cherry Blossom (Touhou 7) or Phantasmagoria of flower View (Touhou 9), since they both seem rather easy to me (and fun, to top it off~). Imperishable Night (Touhou 8), Mountain of Faith (Touhou 10), and Subterranean Animism (Touhou 11) you should wait for. Mainly because those three (especially 10 and 11) are really, really hard. I can't even do well on Subterranean Animism on Easy mode.

And I think Touhou 12 might be out now... But I'm not sure... If anything, it's coming out in August, from what I read.

Mm, a friend of mine said that a great way to get better is to play Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (Touhou 6) on Lunatic mode. It helps increase your grazing skills, as well as just make you better overall XD
