could you possibly fit the Orange Islands if you removed some houses? That should free up some space for more maps. besides that, my only complaints are some of the glitches. (I don't see the problem with the grammar, few mistakes, but whatever)

sorry, when I posted my comment, it sounded like you were having trouble with how to avoid people surfing before they got a raft. as for fly; a rocket-copter idea, that sounds a way better than holding on to a tiny bird (also seems like a more Rocket move).

why not make the surf allowing flag the same thing as getting a raft? and as for fly, I doubt people would mind 1or 2 HMs. either way, do whatever works
