today I started looking in to RNG breeding, and while I understand the guide at smogon, I have a dilemma. It requires I catch a pokemon lvl 50 or higher to calibrate, but where im at in the game...i cant catch one that high XD I dont have rare candies nor do i have access to checking it's IV's...

I actually ended up doing it the hard way and catching a pikachu holding light ball XD so i err, dont need one anymore

accuracy. If possible find a very accurate move that also has an added effect such as paralysis, poison, burn, etc. you can always use moves such as nasty plot to raise your power, and then fire off accurate moves.

how to best utilize volt tackle? Working on forming a NU team and Raichu is a great candidate. I happen to have a pikachu with volt tackle which I will evolve to a raichu and hope to include in my NU team. Volt tackle is surely an amazing move, but the recoil can be a nightmare on a pikachu's...
