Yeah... Its only worthwile stat is Attack, and SpAtk (with the correct EV's and IV's), considering most of its moves are Special or Status moves.
I like Mega Banette for status moves. With Prankster and its wide variety of those particular kinds of moves, it would be mostly used for that...
Oh, then scrap the Scizorite. (I just derped, sorry)
Anyway, Bullet Punch would replace Iron Head if you used Scizorite, but if you run Scizor without the Mega, then use the given set. (either mine or PD's)
Which is why the ability is Swarm. My Scizor in Black 1 ran this set and was undefeated, except against Ghetsis' Hydreigon (critical hits and bad luck). Anyway, that's how I see it. Swarm is a better ability for this set.
Oh, sorry. Yeah, the given Pokemon were just examples (which I used info based off of my previous teams) and this was mostly theory. I meant which template was better, which probably confused you. Anyway, my actual team (that I use) is curently being approved, so see that.
I like Scizor for this job.
Scizor could run a set something like this:
Scizor @ Scizorite
Nature: Adamant/Brave
Ability: Swarm
Moveset:
Iron Head
X-Scissor
Brick Break
Swords Dance
This set is obvious. Adamant would increase Scizor's already high Attack while lowering its completely unused...
I just got into competitive battling, and so far I haven't won anything except Triple and Rotation Battles (Which I haven't lost any).
I refined my team a bit, and ended up winning a few Single Battles.
Here's the team:
Charizard @ Charizardite X
Nature: Lonely
Ability: Blaze
Moveset:
Fly...
Just wondering, which one of these templates has the best chance of winning a competitive battle (PokeBank included)?
Please note that the natures probably aren't the best.
Option A:
Physical Sweeper (Adamant Blaziken/Adamant Megazard X)
Special Sweeper (Rash Delphox/Modest Megazard Y/Mild...
Yeah, it has.
The reason?
Before Gen6, I wasn't able access Wi-Fi since you have to have a WEP or no security on internet to access the Battle online.
Now, I can access battles through Wi-Fi.
This game is a new idea I came up with. Basically, somebody posts a base Fakemon, and the next poster will evolve it! This can be done up to the third stage and no more.
I'll start.
Here is Vinectopus. Grass-Type.
I use Quick Balls until turn 4, and then I focus on using other Pokeballs. No damage, caught Mewtwo with the 14th Timer Ball.
I caught Yveltal with the first Quick Ball and Xerneas with the Master Ball.
Zygarde was caught with the 9th Timer Ball (after 8 turns of Quick/Great Balls)
