  • Paha, up to you dude. xD It's very annoying when people don't follow that rule and just leads to tonnes of deleted posts :x
Man, you're rolling out the dough, aren't you? ;) I end up having to h@x0r everything, being thankful for the crappy eMachine with its dying 1280x1024 monitor that I have.
"®ÈỰềἃὐ╞♯∏ᾷᾷᾷΏ€₤₣ﬦשּⱢﬣ☺.docx" can fit in the same space as "COMMAND.COM" now. I think the route of file titles within the file's code would've been better, since I read that filenames take up less space in the disk's FAT if they're 8.3-named and in all caps. And of course, it would've given the formatting developers more freedom with naming :).
8.3 names really brought out the naming creativity in me. Now I can put an entire paragraph into a file name, making Word document titles completely useless unless I have WFW 3.0 or something like that.

I used to have a 1993 laptop in perfect condition, and my carelessness cracked the screen, and the built-in roller mouse fell out and was what caused it. I had monitors and mice galore for that computer, and my mother dumped it because "she hated looking at it". I told her, it worked perfectly, all I needed to use it was a $20 1024x768 monitor that we had five of sitting around. Ugh.
I don't know but it's getting annoying haha. We made a new announcement to try and stop it.
Dude, the edit button. Please use it.

There are programs to tune Windows' Cleartype, but it won't end up quite the same as OSX fonts.
You'll find the OSX side of things should have a higher gamma setting than Windows (unless the Bootcamp drivers fix that). It makes all of the colours look crisper and more vivid while remaining a neutral temperature. The IPS Panels on the Pros are awesome. The Airs not so much, but still better than most.

My main frustration is that the Pro 13" STILL only sports a 1280x800 screen. I mean, 1440x900 I could understand. Oh well. Not like I'll be upgrading for a long time, anyway. Need to save my moneys. :D
Ease of use is subjective. You'll learn OSX in no time if you use it regularly. For a lot of things, it's actually easier and has a lot of features that Windows sorely lacks.

Of course if you need Windows apps, then it's a no-brainer.
I would have no idea where to start looking sorry x.x I don't tend to look for images, I just use ones that I like when I see them xD
Three progs that're good to have open at all times: Taskman, Internet, and Music - you're always going to need them. Oh, and Netgear, 'cause it likes to shut out on me ;)
