In a sense it does get an increase! First the vase stat is obviously higher than Electabuzz, but the focus of increase went completely in the Attack department. Electivire. I personally think that a 85 Defense, 105 Special Attack and 105 Speed is reasonable... I have this feeling that Magmortar took over Jynx feminine role, I wonder if you get what I'm saying.

You can breed from FRLG then move it HGSS/DPt (or directly from Gen IV games if you have one). :o The Grasses that I love a lot are all Grass starters, Budew line, Oddish line, Tangela line, Ferroseed line, Lotad line, Petitlil line, Cottonee line, Leafeon, Pansage, Pumpkaboo line, Snover line, Shaymin, Skymin, Shroomish line and formerly the Seedot line.

I love Electivire a lot. He was my signature Electric in Gen IV games.~ I was sadden to see that it didn't receive a speed increase on the Speed stat. It also shares its Speed with Elekid and Sprecial Attack with Electabuzz. :(

Funnily, depictions in anime are different: Serena is at least 16 in the games, while she's a lot younger in the anime. Roxanne appears to be a top student in games, while she's a teacher in the anime, a teacher at least in her late teens. :o

It depends; if the Weavile isn't using Ice Shard, Breloom is going to be a superior. Cryogonal and the other hand... might be a bit difficult to OHKO it. If you have Sky Uppercut for Breloom you sacrifice the accuracy, which can be a deciding factor for the whole battle too. :( I just realized you have no Bulbasaur line nor Oddish ones, I thought you're going to have them as a homage to your Double V from your recent Grass Mono.

I have a 6 IV Pikachu I got in a Wonder Trade. I might try breeding it for my own high IV Shiny Electric Mouse. A trophy Shiny is nice to have too though, particularly if I caught it myself. :)

Erika IS in her thirties. She has just aged very well. Other than those shown to be 'old' (Oak, Agatha etc) Pokemon characters are as old as the player wants them to be. Like Norman has a child but doesn't look much older than Flannery.

Pikachu and Pokémon like him are very cute. The Cheering Pokemon probably do belong to Wattson's wife or indeed Pach to Surge's wife. He says he fought he fought in the war...yet doesn't look very old.

The amount of Dark Types in Unova...not to mention the Ice User Zinzolin makes a Fighting Type like Breloom a must. He almost packs too much of a punch. :)

Skyla isn't that a threat since you have more access to that level. Access meaning moves from status moves and moves that can cover your weakness. Watch out for Skarmory though, Poison Powder and normal Flying weakness-moves don't work on that armor bird. While Roxie, hmmm a Poison Heal Shroomish or a Grass with Poison as their secondary type and even a Ferroseed might be able to turn things around!

Tangrowth is physically bulk, while Vileplume performs greatly under the sun. Victreebel was only impressive in Generation I games for the combo Sleep Powder, Swords Dance, Wrap and Acid.

Yep, that's why B2W2 are great games for providing wide variety of Pokémon.
