  • I like Clefairy too^^ For a more psychological reason o.o The whole 'was meant to be a mascot' thing is interesting...xD

    My monthly visitor is due so i may not be into talking so much for awhile. It makes me more sensitive^^;;

    Awww pink eyes^^
Happy birthday lily! Sorry i was two days late D: Busy week lol

I hope you are well! Jackster is on, too, you should give him an hello! :3
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LILY GARDY! I sent a full-length reply as a pm, but realizing that this week was a very special week for you I realized that I needed to leave you card here in your profile. I hope this was a lovely day for you and many more to come, sending you a silver Lilligant ring in a box as a birthday present. Since we've been talking about trading I do hope to find something nice to give you as birthday present soon. It has been a pleasure knowing you as my friend.

    -Sam
I didn't expect to like her a lot either when i was first re-watching her arc on disney XD. I mean she's a tomboy and i'm a girly girl lol. But when you FALL IN LOVE with someone....none. of. that. matters anymore. o.o; She's the prettiest tomboy i've ever seen hands down anyways <3 Especially cuz well hell i love her haha.

Pokecommunity has so many fun forum games too :D Serebii's like only had a few of those. All hail PC!!!!

I like Ash with Clemont too. I see Clemont as more cute and innocent like dawn is. I like ash with cute people :3
I have a lot of nice friends from serebii's, several are on my forum, but I have heard the crowd that forum has generally changed for the worst this year. Last year it was an awesome place and I was never trolled like ever there though. Its amazing how forums can change in just one year, isn't it?....I hope Pokecommunity stays nice even after this year ends though. Plus, I really love my name here :D Pikachu and Jirachi are sooooo cute. Its such a girly name! ^_^

My birthday was awesome. Still planning on making a thread about my gifts sometime. Thank you! :3

Your avatar is pretty hot. Its amazing how I got so much more into girls after getting into Korrina just....last year xD Before I was into her, I was actually pretty BOY crazy, and even often found fighting type pokemon attractive looking (....and now i love a fighting type specialist named korrina and just think fighting types are more 'cool' than 'hot' since i prefer girls now pretty much :P).

Serebii's site is very good. Lots of pokemon info.

I'm glad you're on Jack's forum. He's a very nice person, and he's a fan of pearl shipping, which is one of the best pokemon ships ever IMO. Ash and Dawn are really cute to me. Also, pearl shippers aren't into causing drama like amour shippers are (some amour shippers are such bad people its like insane o_o;;; i know cuz i've met some of them......like this awful bully from project pokemon that made me pretty much lock up my account there T___T if you've noticed, i don't even have my project pokemon screen name on my profile here anymore. that bully is the reason why. they were so mean it was literally crazy O_O).
Me and my friend jackster are getting along really good again. Have you joined his forum yet?

Its been awhile since we talked a lot. I'm glad you're online to play forum games with me! ^_^

I love how nice people tend to be on this forum. I have heard more drama queens and bullies are showing up on serebii's now :/ Sadly. I have an account there, too, but I probably won't be using it again for a loooong time. I don't do well around bullies. All they want to do is argue!
Hi Lily. :) Its been awhile.

I may return to my forum someday, but running it has been very dramatic and stressful for me. Pokecommunity actually may be the only forum I can handle overall right now: I really just.....can't stomach drama barely at all anymore. Its got too scary for me. When stressful things happen I just don't know how to deal with them anymore. I still want to keep my forum up, i'm rather attached to it, but yeah. I've grown a lot more sensitive now. Even at the moment, typing a message to a friend on this forum may be raising my blood pressure....

On a much more happy note, though, my birthday is up very soon. In only 3 days really :3

Just stay calm when you talk to me though. I'm upset pretty easily by social networks nowadays. And prefer to just browse the net on my 2ds cuz theres less drama of dealing with forums on there....
Sorry I have been away so long, miss my friends at pokecommunity.

We've still got the flood of Babylon to deal with where I live. Been raining or overcast every day thanks to Kyogre's primordial sea. Chill Kyogre!

I can see a reasoning for your characterization of both Erika and Sabrina. Erika is gentle, yet she is cool and reserved with a formal way of speaking and such and ornate style of dress. I see how she could easily be presented as snobby since she is so graceful and mature it can make her seem less approachable. But yes, she's actually a sensitive soul, especially to Pokemon, and who looks beyond appearances, and is a strong protector of her community. Her good traits remind me of you quite a bit, mature, polite, classy, helpful, kind, a grass enthusiast, especially since you have used Erika's avvie in the past.

As for Sabrina while dark and menacing, brooding, we discover her behavior is due to her loneliness and vulnerability. I imagine it is also confusing and overwhelming to have had to channel incredible psychic powers at her young age. After we learn more about her it is not inconceivable I think that Sabrina was a kind person, just lonely and gaurded.

So I think both of your portrayals sound plausible, yet still different enough from others takes to be a fresh and original read! Good job!

You have really made Mr. You's Lilligant into a lively and character that reflects your own brave Lilligant in games! Just as yours has gotten great accolades Mr. You'd has made history, even mega-evolved. I need to get back to our journey.

I received a Latias recently in trade, not the best nature but its still a new friend. That is really kind of you to offer to trade with me though. I would totally be interested in trading pokemon with you, whether that be a Latias or something entirely different. Maybe Shinies even?

I was actually thinking of hosting a Pokemon giveaway this autumn in the forum. I think you would probably have all the mons I am considering giving away, but I'd like to tell you more about it in a private message anyway. I don't want to say too much in my profile because its not official yet :)

I hope that you have been having an amazing summer Lilygardy

    -Sam
Our summer has been a game Russian Roulette, it's either scorching heat like 98 degrees or full of tropical storms. We've been getting torrents of rain that last for weeks sometimes. I think I will trade for your simply warm summer :)
Had a great time at the beach recently though.

As you know I came in well after the journey was underway, so it is new hearing about the origins of Mr. You and his brave sidekick Lilligant, and I absolutely love it! I'm going to have to go back and read this journey from the beginning like a juicy novel. I'm super excited about the dark Lilligants. I was wondering if you wrote fiction with so many colorful ideas up your sleeve?

I really liked seeing prof Oak's art talent too. I like his young character design a lot, and you see that similar auburn mahogany hair that Gary inherited, but with much kinder facial features.

I saw the 4th Pokemon movie with my mother and she liked it too a lot, but also felt that it presented a moderate plot hole for the same reason, Prof Oak did not appear to have recollection of such a history with Ash before the movie. But I thought it was okay like you said, you could explain it as Oak just choosing not to say anything.

Oak is a scientist, so he would probably be cautious about creating a time paradox. Ash does not realize that he has met Sam before when they have that fateful encounter, and revealing to Ash more information than he needed to know could potentially change the course of the future. You could argue though, subtly Prof Oak has been more invested in Ash than he would be with any other kid from Pallet, making sure that Ash had a starter Pokemon and could still continue his journey and placing really optimistic expectations on him, wagering Gary that Ash would succeed.

I really like both Eon dragons too. I honestly can't pick one. I usually end up with the game that Latios is in, which is fine, great attacking power. But I would like to try Latias too, the only time I used her was as a rental at the battle factory back in Emerald...or was it gen 4? In any case I loved her, and my battle style tends to be more defensive so she was a good fit. I think soaring was also a great mechanic.

I foolishly gave away my Sun game last year, and now I'm missing out on the year of legendaries this year. Being out of a shiny Zygarde hurt the most. My birthday is in September though, so that is when I will buy Ultra Sun, see the definitive Alola region and just squeak through the door with enough time to be part of the Latios/ Latias distribution. Then I will look on my HA ability starters. I think I have until Halloween to claim them, fortunately I do keep up my pokebank subscription.

My fists were literally clenched in fury at Annie and Oakley for all the trouble they had caused. It was a very brave and admirable decision by directors to have such an emotional ending. It also leaves me worried when a character is in trouble during future Pokemon movies, because death is a indeed possibility in the Pokemon universe, even though it is uncommon, it has happened more than once. I also liked the episode of Origins that dealt with the haunting of the Pokemon Tower at Lavender Town.

I'm wishing you luck on your shiny hunt for your green Latios!! Here! Here!! :D
Which generation do you prefer to shiny hunt in. As you know I'm just a beginniner with shinies, but I really liked gen 6 for its inclusion of the dexnav in oras. It brought even a clumsy novice like me some very nice Pokemon after not too long like shiny ponyta and vulpix.

A very nice well-rounded frlg team. Oh, I remember that struggle for Dratini in the Safari zone, low encounter rate, the best rods are needed, a pseudo legendary with a low catch rate and you have to use a safari ball to get it, which is essentially a pokeball. You have to catch it at full health, no battles to weaken it, you have a finite number of balls and it can run from you. I remember my battery dying once as a kid as soon as I had captured it :/

On Mega Kick I know its hilarious on Mewtwo, the things we do when we are kids. I had no comprehension of what the special stat even meant. My set was so bad, I believe I kept disable on him too...my excuse being that I was 9. Lol I got extremely lucky with catching Mewtwo since I had already used my masterball on Moltres. At least I did use it on a legendary, there are horror stories told of kids who used masterballs on regular pokemon or tried to capture opponent's pokemon. I had no masterball left for Mewtwo but Arceus was kind to me. I used Articuno to attack Mewtwo and Mewtwo got frozen solid on his first turn. My ultra ball was good enough at that point. Now that is what I cal beginner's luck, haha.

    -Sam
Hi there Miss Lilygardy. I was wonderinng about how you were doing. Are you having a nice summer?

Your imagination when playing the Everlasting Pokemon Journey always makes it so much fun. I'm glad that we have you around to keep us on our toes in Trivia.

I'm also glad that you enjoyed the movies. I think Celebi4ever is a lovely film too. More than any of the other pokemon movies it reminds me of Hayao Miyazaki's movies since it has a more ecology-sensitive message. Its a little more serious yet still whimsical. I think its one of their best. I thought poor Celebi was a goner, they were running out of ways to bring it back, but thankfully a little deux ex machina saved the day. I like you was rather surprised and intrigued by the exploration of a pokemon's mortality. The more recent films have taken a safer, more lighthearted feel that resembles the show show more like Diancie or Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I would say that the movies well through the Sinnoh often take a more mature tone. We've got pokemon gods, space and time exploration, character death and in the Arceus movie there's even an open slavery-like system that it depicts Pokemon suffering under.

I also really enjoyed meeting the young professor Prof Oak. I liked his character design quite a lot and his sensitive personality like a young Jane Goodall with an art background. I think they handled the revelation about his identity well. I was thinking of writing a fanfiction about young Sam continuing to time travel Celebi to different eras in history.

On Heroes: Latios and Latias I really liked the Venetian setting too. With its waterside locale, gondoliers and art museums it was a really colorful, fun and textured environment. I liked the animation in the beginning too that showed the origins of Latios and Latias and the creation of the soul dew. Which of the two dragons is your favorite, Latios or Latias?

Latios' Death was something of a shock to me, even though I had been hit with some spoilers beforehand I still didn't think that a Pokemon was literally going to die. Not only that, this is not the only movie where a Pokemon sacrifices their life. I won't tell you which one it is though :P I will keep you guessing in case you want to see more Pokemon movies some say since you liked these two.

I like your fire red team. In characteristic Lilygardy fashion you've got elegant Pokemon from Butterfree to Vaporeon. Defeating Raichu with Pikachu feels just like the anime. It reminds me of Pokemon Ash Gray because this fan game duplicates the anime as much as possible, down to even Nurse Joy offering you a thunderstone to evolve Pikachu into Raichu if you lose.

I'm really behind and haven't played a main series Pokemon game in a good while. My hands have been so full. But I'm on vacation right now, so I might get a chance to play something I'm the upcoming days. I just bought myself Pokemon Art Academy and need to give that a try.

    Cheers my friend!

    -Sam

P.S I actually remember a pokemon strategy guide as a kid advising me to teach that inaccurate Mega Kick to my Mewtwo!! It might have been Prima XD
    Good morning! :3

I plan on returning to my forum sometime soon i just duno when.

But the friends i had drama with we all worked things out now so things seem fine now for me.
Hi Lily!! :D I've logged into here again today. Want to play some forum games in the pokemon trivia board with me? :3
This dragonness derives most of her strength from the sand with T-tar as the sand setter and Garchomp as the sweeper-- banned by smogon yes, but fair game in VGC and battle facilities. Charizard Y was a pokemon I fell so in love with though that I did study some sun team building to support him. With the advent of mega evolution I was really happy to see him finally as powerful as he is portayed in the anime. I get warm and fuzzy about zard the way you do about your Blastoise ^_^ the Kanto starters are still my favorite.

I mostly am familiar with Venusaur in the sun but I can see that Lillilgant's 90 base speed with chlorophyll is really dangerous.

I am bit crestfallen about how the rise of Charizard was part of the fall of Ninetales as drought user. I think its also a really underated Pokemon with fair speed, can take a hit on the special side and lots of utility options + has got you covered with a heat rock. I'm dreaming of the day she gets a mega so that more people will love her like her sister in Alola with her fancy Aurora Veil and fairy typing. In this future I so decree that Lilligant's true fairy origins will also be discovered by GF and she will get her mega too :)

Thank you for giving me lots of lovely detail on mega Gardevoir. My instinct had been to set up calm minds with this pokemon, but I think immediately going for the juggler like this set does might be what I need. Psychic and Hyper voice are musts, and since I'm in the doubles format I'll definitely be using protect. It would be nice if Gardevoir got Aura Sphere rather than Focus Blast, but on the other hand it would not be nice to face down a special fighting move that never misses from her, so I should be careful what I wish for!

When I get back into gen 7 I want to test her out in psychic terrain, because that move is broken and its time to unleash the kraken!

BW2 does have a really excellent post game, for me that's when the story really begins. I really like going to N's castle again and seeing the ruins and the slightly different sadder theme.

I ended up with that special Garchomp too the one with flamethrower! XD

The Pokemon movies I think are darn good. I recommend the Latios one. I think you might also like the 4th movie Celebi: Voice of the Forest given your affinity with grass pokemon, especially if you also like Hayao Miyazaki. It has more of an ecology theme running through it.

    -Sam
I wanna brush her hair ;3

    Interesting.

Yay! I'll pm you the url now :D Thanks, and i'm glad i'm getting some pc people on there now xD This forum is wonderful^^
