I'd honestly like a common Exciton reprint, Ark's been pretty stable price wise, but Exciton's going back up to like $40 for whatever reason. And he is Evilswarm, did anyone in Zexal use him?

I think the solution to that is drawing your hand and getting that settled, THEN you place prize cards. I could be wrong, but that would seem logical to me. But yes, that's actually a legitimate strategy to have just a handful of basic Pokemon in your deck so you are guaranteed to have one that you want in your opening. I stopped playing the TCG when I learned that it was possible XD.

And yeah I can't think of any reprints I want from ARC-V lol. Maybe Qliphort stuff? But it does say each card has appeared in the anime, and I haven't seen a single episode of ARC-V, so I don't know what might and might not be in it.

The thing about Golds (and Gold Secret or whatever shenanigans decides to put in Gold Series) is that they scratch pretty easily, which is sad. They do look cool, though the glittery, shattered lettering looks kinda bad imo

oh god I love ultimate rares. But yeah I heard they use a different foil or something, while the holos are typically heavier than the commons, ulti's are supposedly lighter. Idk if that's true though. Would explain the curving.

Nope, they're not face up. And the thing is, you can have more than 6 basic Pokemon in you deck. You just can let 6 of them get knocked out haha.

Yeah. The snow is stacking up several inches every day, and it takes a lot of time to snowblow my driveway XD It does sound trivial, and it kinda is. Well, you don't usually put up the prize cards for ante, but they do come from your deck. So if your deck absolutely needs a certain card to win, you better hope it isn't in your prizes, or that you pick it up out of random first.

Been a little busy yeah, with family drama and trying to figure out financial aid/school situation. Working a full time job with over time doesn't help, but it will all settle once the weather turns nice. This winter has been pretty harsh, we've had more snow this season than usual. So that tends to hinder things a bit as well. I appreciate the concern :D

You know I've always wondered that too. Maybe they sort the packs by rarity (or in like Secret Forces, even further by like Brionac, Trish) before they box it? But that would mean they do know what's in each one.

I don't know if I own any Parallel Rares, and Starfoils don't seem to have any foil, so I don't think they're too prone to curving.

Yeah the blisters are really stupid. Plus with the loose packs, those at least follow the box ratios.

Yep. Prize Cards are the 'life points'. You start with six, (alternately 3 for a shorter game. Any number would work, really) and every time you knock out an opponent's Pokemon, you pick up a prize.

That's how you used to pull the holos in the ol' loose packs, freeze them and see which one curves haha. But yeah if it's in a full blown c, it's probably that way for good lol.

Ritual Beasts are all holos :'( But yeah I get what you mean, idk if it was the cold, but when I got my E-Teles in the mail they were bent like an inch backwards, still noticeable in the sleeves lol.

SHark is getting a reprint in Return of the bling though, although common would be interesting haha

Honestly, I mostly use them for the Leo fodder, rarely their second effects. Although Tempest does have a nice niche in Ritual Beasts.

And yeah the Black Rose (and Quasar) were nice. I was still grieving the Black Rose I traded away, but all of a sudden a cheap one was available. Those promos aren't usually very good either so I was surprised lol.

Ah that makes sense, and Dragon Ruler + Level 3 certainly seems to be splashable in a lot of decks haha, or well at least I fit it into a lot of my decks.

But yeah, definitely thought E-Tele was getting a reprint. My only concern was the 5D's Legendary Collection was not that long ago, but when Vanity's was announced I got my hopes up, only to be crushed :<

Karakuri's run E-Tele? Coulda sworn they were Machines. E-Tele I did predict though, and got them while they were like $10 instead of $25 /brag haha

It has a banlist? haha, well I guess probably, would make sense. I don't like Pokemons, how it has to keep reprinting, and forbiidding earlier sets, its weird and annoying.
