And I have been fine thanks. I have just been writing my dissertation for most of the day. It is pretty boring but it has to be done. Up to 9,000 words now. Only another 6,000 to go.

Well, sometimes we'll toss things into the Supporter-only forum for some input but it doesn't happen thaaat often. u_u It's mostly a badge of honour.

Smilies are easy to overuse. It's easier to use one than to write out how you feel, I suppose. :p At one point I was doing a billion smilies in a post. I still have a bad habit of using smilies as punctuation sometimes.

Kids these days have it slightly easier. There was no built-in spellcheck in my browser back when I first started using the Internet! Without it I'd look like even more of an idiot. Of course, even with spellcheck they'll still misspell things out of laziness or to feel cool, I suppose. *shrugs*

I know the feeling of reading an old leaving post (or what I planned on posting). I typed up a few and some of them were strange and makes me wonder what I was on when I typed it.

Well I hope you stick around PC. I always like to see old members return. But sadly 95% of the time it's old members returning pretty much just to say "hi" and then they're gone again. People like Sapphire Latios, Abby/Kairi, Dragon Trainer, and others (I don't even know if them names rings a bell). You guys are the ones that used to be around back in my day, so I hate to see people return and then just disappear again.

Yeah, about seven subforums, methinks? Big section. I'd get so lost in there!

Pssh, yeah. I don't even want to touch those forums. I've moved a few threads there, but the Emulation mods would always locked it. Eventually I just got to where I would just lock them right there and say "omg how do you miss the biggest forum on the site." Gets annoying after a while!

Guess it all depends on where you're posting and reading other peoples' posts. Obviously ROM hacking posts probably haven't changed...lol

Yeah, emblems are like little rewards given for various things, like being here for 3 years like you mentioned, participating in gaming events, having the same pair for a year or more, etc. I can give you that emblem you were talking about though, if Erica didn't already give you one. :P
