It's the thread where we say "hello" and "we'll take your soul" to new mods. You apparently started it on February 4th, 2005, 04:46 PM, with the message:
"Since the welcome thread was started when I was modded, then got deleted when we cleared out all the fluff... I think we should start it up again.

Mm you probably know Hiroshi Sotomura. Jake? I forget what he used to go by then. @_@ parallelzero is David/Yukito/...ugh I forget all his old names too. xD; He used to mod RP. Digi's still the same digi who's been around forever. Pretty sure Sammi was on staff when you were (as Nayana maybe?). The rest are pretty much all new. It has been a while.

People always bugged me about how to pronounce "tmbjr", so I just stuck some random vowels to make it a pronounceable word. XD

When I returned from my self-imposed exile, I got quite a few people recognize me despite the new name...some of which I didn't even remember meeting. XD

I saw Erica talking to you and I decided to drop my old S-mod colleague a customary greeting. Fruit baskets may be in order if so desired. :P
