OK, sounds good. You can change the name at the Name Rater in Slateport City. Here's a list of useful NPCs in ORAS, it might prove useful :) http://www.serebii.net/omegarubyalphasapphire/useful.shtml
Oh you can check IVs at any level (but be sure to track the EVs as well, you'll need them to correctly calculate the IVs), but according to serebii's IV Calculator http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcdp.shtml at level 10 she'll have the most accurate stats to calculate IVs.

I'm done breeding now and I've checked it into the IV calculator, I might say it has very good potential, every stat is or can be up pretty high, some could even be perfect. Make sure you check it back in once it's at level 10. ^^
The other thing, could you nickname Zorua before the trade please? If it's a male I'd like him to be named Nox. If it's a female I'd like her to be named Kira.
Could you teach it Dark Pulse before trading too? I'd like to have it on my Alpha Sapphire game. (So we'll make two trades, since I have Seedot on Omega Ruby - We'll trade Seedot <-> Something and then I restart to Alpha Sapphire and we'll trade Zorua <-> Something), if that's ok with you? :)

As I said, it depends on the battle type. Back in the day I used to prefer Lv 100 matches, because huge numbers = huge fun. But now I'm content with either - I'm still leveling all my pokes to 100 anyway.
Melty Blood, I've watched a few videos of that. It reminds me of Killer Instinct. Wasn't a fan of that. :P Night In-Birth, I don't know. I'll check them out!

You don't need to have them at level 100, at 50+ is fine. Unless there are moves it learns at a higher level that you need, or you just want a level 100 battle, but usually they lower it down to 50.
xD I haven't actually played much animé based games. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm at a mate (dreadful game), Dragonica several years ago (dreadful game once again).. I haven't had the chance to play Final Fantasy. I do feel like I've missed out on a lot on that. Oh and Kingdrom Hearts; that was amazing.
Tekken does need a lot of dedication to be rewarding, but that's why I like it. You'll have to work hard to be good at it, and even harder to improve. :)

Ahh, I've never been a fan of 2D Fighters, aside from Tekken and Soul Calibur I never found a fighter game that I really liked. -
