Slow is better than chaotic I suppose. No homework is good too. I've finished my coursework now so the rest here on in is research work!

Stuff is fine. Fair bit to keep me busy at uni, and meanwhile am looking at potential places to move out to with a friend.

Yeah, well, I'm practicing detailing too. I don't know...I have better time drawing the baseline for the background first, then adding characters, objects, etc. I'm also working on a different picture as part of a request I took up for someone, wherein his otter OCs (both brothers) are recast as babies and the older one comforting his little bro by giving him his teddy bear. It didn't start so well, so I had to redraw it from scratch, but the new version's turning out a lot better.

Yes, the Vulpix is Pyra. Also, will do. I've been trying to practice drawing poses lately, after you suggested trying some after you critiqued Doxinox's pic. I'm actually in the middle of an art trade where the pose may be kind of important for the character I'm drawing for the recipient. It's a little weird of a concept, though, so I'll spare you the deals (nothing adult by any means, but rather awkward given the content I promised).

I'll make note of that in the future, but for this pic, that's sort of intentional. Pyra's main hobby...is torturing people... :P

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15561219/ <-I tried going for a coloring book sort of effect to kind of stick with the Yoshi's Island theme. Sadly, the background didn't turn out like I wanted it to. I think my Sharpies are drying out a little because they don't want to smooth-over areas like they did when I first got them. Also, I've been using them a lot. I do have other markers, but I hadn't been using them much because they're really wet and mess up the ink when I color along the borderlines.

Coincidentally, I'm working on another coloring book style request for someone else. He asked me to draw his characters, brother otters, as babies. It's turning out...okay... Eh, I can't describe it. It's turning out just as bad as this one did, background-wise anyways.

I think it would be op btw ill vm u in the next few days I just lost a family member and theres some stuff to do.... plus I lost my ipad so being on pc isn't easy :(

Not sure if you'd be interested, but I have revived my Pyra's Plushies/Playroom series. I've got a Yoshi rocking horse TF in the works right now, actually. Just finished inking, and now I'm working on cleanup before I color it. Interested? Might be a little kooky to you, though, giving it is post-transformation pic...but I do have a short story (explanation) in the works to go with it.

Colds are something I dislike, and I was upset when I went cold-free for two years and caught one last year.

Well, I've been doing well. Working on art more than writing, though. I've even started adding backgrounds now instead of just drawing individual characters.
