    ...and here?

    ...here too...

lol now you know why I didn't go for being a doctor. :P I'm so bad with these terms. He's getting better, but it's a really slow recovery.

I understand where you come from. I've heard of the Indian students being abused and all the racial attacks that have been happening--or are they still happening? Would I be caught in the same crossfire like they are, if I were to work there? I'm not directly from India though; a US citizen with Indian background. I still find it sad that racism is what guides us to not like certain people. Take our president, still *really* hated on because he is black. People here are more concerned with that than actually fixing their own lives instead of blaming the gov't for their financial problems. Everyone has their turn about being vocal against minorities.

Best of luck you become successful in that and open your own practice!
Hey hey wait wait wait... are you telling me women are allowed out of the kitchen? You mean the wife-cage Dad keeps Mum in ISN'T normal? Holy ****, I better call the police...

Oh well, I'm happy to do a test when I want to get back in, I'm sure I can handle it. It was probably not a great use of my UAI to do what I've done, but I wasn't going to rack up a huge HECS debt doing something I hated, or something I wouldn't know whether I'd like.

I did consider management, but that was actually an off-shoot of the business course I was doing and hating, so that wouldn't have worked out well :P

Psychology! Whoa, that's awesome! I don't think I'd actually like doing psychology as a profession, but I do find the subject fascinating. Have you been having that thing that psych students sometimes get where they start getting symptoms of the diseases they're studying? That'd freak me out, I'm a hypochondriac as it is :P
Salad mixed with meat is best. I love the moistness of salad and stuff but I loooove meat. I'm not a huge fan of chops n stuff though. Salad sandwich with meat ftw<3 Or warm chicken salad, mmmmmm

Ahhhh, I'm following, yeah they are xP

There's nothing to do? I love climbing trees and doing all stuff like that, but in the city I just don't do it. I only use technology all the time because it's here (And because I have a sudden obsession with Miley Cyrus so I've been dling Hannah Montanna and her songs...)

I will count on you Adelaidians to come up with more lame ass names if I need it then :D
XD Lol, found it just then. I had my old avatar for way too long, so I changed it. ;)
Once anyone learns to play the piano it's easy for them to learn any other instrument~ :P I'm playing "Ode to Joy" on the flute, next Wed, on a school concert. XD
Well, sort of. They're really nice but they only allow me to play my DS on the weekends of holidays, which is only about 20 days a year... -.-
I don't care that much, I have other things to do, such as going on my laptop~ XD
I'm currently doing music theory. So hard... :|
Yeah, I can't stand those things with actual vegetables xD Salad with meat, sure. Salad without meat, hellll no. Chicken and Bacon are both the best but only when I crave them as well (I just happen to crave 'em all the time)
    Bwahaa!
Are who in Melbourne? People that complain about it? Yeah, I guess although not that many. I'd prefer to live out in the bush or something though. Which is strange because I use technology so much and I'm not all that active... Well, that tends to change when I go down to the bush but still it comes across as weird here P: Melbourne's city is quite big and I hate the city. But there's a lot to do if you're into city stuff P:
Btw, Radelaide is a really, really lame name :)
Sleep-ins are quite refreshing~ Good luck with your new runs! :) I sort of stopped my Platinum after I got to the 8th gym... That's when I was greatly restricted from my DS. TAT
I'm doing my homework now... :v Hope I'll finish in time. I spent my whole afternoon reading, listening to music and surfing the web. XD
    Thanks for the help.
I get A's all the time, do well on exams and stuff, but I still don't think they care.
Looks the same as pediatricians. Even when no drug is needed they'll still give it to you. My dad has an inflammation on his foot, and the doctor gave him patches, only to find out later that those patches could cause stomach problems. o_O It's not a digestable pill, but a patch you put on your foot, and that still has side-effects on other parts of the body??

Sorry if I sounded impudent, but you said before that you been in Australia long enough to know that not a lot of television ads circle around medicine. That sounded like you moved to Australia--but that doesn't matter. I'm not "American blood" either lol. I'm Indian, but born and raised in the US. My mom and her parents lived in England for a while so that's what explains the dual citizenship, if I haven't explained that already. But both my parents are from India.

Same with engineering, to be independent you must have that professional license, or have a Master's/Ph.D. Yeah to get a Ph.D in engineering it's 7 years. For a master's it's typically 2 years after undergraduate studies, but for our uni we could get a BS and MS in five years as an undergraduate. My uni wasn't very popular, except in the city, Philadelphia. It is a private university. But it's getting its recognition in the engineering world.
I know you were :D I don't like vegetarian food but I've never had the fake meat stuff... Infact we were talking about that a bit today at school and people were saying they taste normal. I think I'll stick to my normal meat though :3 Beef is good but I prefer bacon and chicken. I love bacon and chicken! They're awesomely awesome.
Psh, I can see the sarcasm at the end. You ain't foolin' me. But, Adelaide, huh? What's it like living up there in Queensland?

Make you think I was an idiot? :D Never been to Adelaide, nothing at all I want to ask about it either. I'm sure it's a great place... P:

I haven't started anything, I've just told a few people and they've thought it'd be awesome xD The 8 badges would be custom made and not for sale! They'd have to be earned from the gyms :) And perhaps there could be badge cases for sale? Hmmm... The possibilities are endless.
Lucario. It hits hard from both ends of the offensive spectrum (physical and special). You can also use Blaziken, but 80 Speed isn't the best; however, it's workable. If you're the kind who'd rather take hits and dish them out, use Machamp or Conkeldurr.
Ah, damn that study, it gets in the way of all the good livin'!

I'm not sure if you ever asked me, but I work. I work at Liquorland XD it's a really awesome job, it doesn't do much with my 87 UAI (or is it ATAR now?) but while I'm figuring out what I want to do with my life, it fits nicely :)

    What are you studying?
But is it a misconception that psychiatrists don't listen to you? It all depends if you care for your patient, or you care for money. That decision will steer you to the path you will enjoy the most.

Sounds like you weren't born in Australia. Yeah, doctors will say stuff like that because it is their job. But it's up to you the patient and the close family to decide if you should go with it or not. Some just blindly take the dose without realizing the consequences.

Yes, those with Ph.Ds and Master's do have that benefit. But there's ways aside from that, such as graduating from a school that's popular, or getting a professional engineering license along with your Bachelor's--that means you don't need a Master's. Many small/medium consulting firms require that, and the necessary experience.
Ah, that's pretty interesting. I studied psychology in school for a very short while but never learned anything too useful, unfortunately. But I've heard from people who studied it in more depth that it's a really interesting subject. And yeah, writing is a competitive area, especially difficult with something so specialised. =/
