I didn't know about this, but as long as it doesn't spawn more people who think they can speak Japanese because they can memorise a few sayings and put on a bad accent, I guess it's okay.
Okay here's my first update.

Not the best nature, but I can live with it. Gust should be decent for early game.
- Crit from Torchic's Scratch took 5 HP, so no threat really. Not that I expected her to be.
- Caught 5...
During my first playthrough of White, I decided that Liepard is probably the worst fully-evolved Pokemon in the 5th gen. It goes down easily and even when it does hit you, it does almost nothing. It kinda reminds me of Mightyena.
I didn't find any of my Pokemon hard to level tbh :s.
After so many play-throughs having one of the 3 starters on your team is repetitive and a little boring. I often ditch the starter for something better or worse; just as long as it's different.
I got signed out while writing a reply, so I'll just summarise what I said.
I'd choose Ferrathorn over Sawsbuck. It worked very well in-game for me. For a final team-member, you could try Chandelure since you have a fighting-weak team and it seems to work well with Seismitoad and Ferrathorn in...
Emboar was always one of the best Pokemon on my team, but as the game progressed he became less and less useful, so I replaced him. I don't think Emboar is under-powered though.
I wouldn't change much personally. Aside from the EVs. If you can figure out the IVs you have in HP, you could give it enough EVs for 301 HP by level 100 and get off 3 Substitutes with minimal investment in HP. You can Will-O-Wisp on your bad match-ups, but with 75 accuracy it's going to miss...
You will see the difference, but you won't have all 63 points until level 100. You'll get an extra +1 on most level-ups, so the higher your level, the more benefit you're getting. I've got EV trained Pokemon that I've used in-game and even at around level 60, I could tell a big difference.
If you have a level 58 Emboar then it's probably too late to EV train it. A Pokemon has max EVs of 510 and everything you ever killed with it, gave it EVs, so your Emboar will have a bunch of random EVs. You should start EV training as soon as you catch a Pokemon.
Anyway, if you have 252 EVs...
I got lucky against Cofagrigus, because I led with Ferrathorn and at the time I didn't realise that his Cofagrigus couldn't do crap to a steel-type. Cursed up and took out Cofagrigus and Seismitoad. I wasn't sure if Hydreigon had a fire attack so I kept Ferrathorn in because I didn't wanna lose...
Add: VS Seeker. I know it's been said loads of times, but there's no good reason why they didn't put that in BW.
Edit: Gym Leaders needs to be harder. I consider Lenora the hardest, but she's still a pushover. About half of them just completely suck.
Remove: Musicals. Never gunna use them.
