Kris, without a doubt. I was really upset when I saw the trainer renders of HG/SS for the first time, learning that she had been replaced. Was it really necessary? Kris wasn't just a character, she was a statement. You could finally play as a female character in Pokémon. And they just cast her...
Well, I usually don't maintain a single team of Pokémon throughout a playthrough. I usually just catch as many Pokémon as possible and training as many as possible. However, my current team consists of my Lv 35 Sandslash, Lv 35 Ampharos, Lv 28 Fearow, Lv 39 Typhlosion, Lv 30 Lapras and Lv 22...
I use HM slaves, but I never keep them in the team, because most HMs become obsolete at a point because there are a lot of moves that are better. The only HMs that stay useful in battle, IMO, are Surf and Strength. I never teach HMs to Pokémon I battle with.
Generation 1:
Pikachu - Goes without saying pretty much.
Tentacruel - Tentacruel is a lot stronger than most people give him credit for. I beat the entire Elite Four in Pokémon Blue with mostly Tentacruel.
Snorlax - Snorlax is so much like me, minus the fat... Eating and being lazy is what I...
Haha, of course I did! I always loved New Bark Town's music, Pokémon Gym's music and Victory Road's music in Pokémon Gold... I loved the Poké Mart music and Petalburg City music in Ruby too!
And Vermillion City... God, I miss that one.
There are three different ways on how to pronunciate Arceus' name. Before Arceus' name was revealed, people had pronounced it as 'Ar-see-uss', in a trailer of Arceus and the Jewel of Life, people pronounced it as 'Ark-ee-us', and the last being 'Ar-say-us', as said on Pokemon.com.
I personally...
Lance, without a doubt. I had a very tough time battling him as a kid, mostly because I never bothered to catch and train an ice-type Pokémon. While Pokémon Gold may have underleveled trainers, Lance was the hardest Pokémon Champion to me. He had three Dragonites...
I do. Pokémon Emerald and Pokémon LeafGreen are the Pokémon games I mostly play nowadays. I only enjoy Pokémon Pearl and Pokémon White, but I love the GBA games.
Errr... It's all happening a tad too quickly, if you ask me. I've played through Pokémon Blue and LeafGreen numerous times so I know exactly what's going on, but for people who haven't played those specific games, reading this is a bit confusing. That battle with that youngster and Blue/Gary...
I was sceptic towards the remakes. I'm sceptic towards most remakes, because of my bad experience with them. Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories (entirely different game, but stay with me) was horrible, imo. It took most of the magic from the original GBA version away for me. I can't quite...
Chapter 04 –
A Person to Look Up to!
The Rockets were not driven out of Azalea Town yet. Arthur only managed to beat one of them. Numerous Rocket members emerged from the vans, and stormed towards Arthur and Sandshrew. “You shouldn’t have meddled with us, kid!” one of the members said. They all...
Thanks, yeah, I found the thread where I could ask questions concerning Pokémon Emerald... I just couldn't find that darn Ralts. But eventually I found it, after a good half hour searching... xD
Are your chances of encountering a Ralts bigger when your Pokémon likes you well? I gotta know, because Ralts is pretty rare in Pokémon Emerald. Thanks! :)
