    Just hatched a Male Scatterbug, Net Ball, Compound Eyes, Timid, (tackle, string shot, poison powder, stun spore), 31IVs in HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Speed. Nickname Salix.
    Is that alright? Do you want me to evolve it? Or teach it other moves?

    I got a female one 5IV but it's the Sp.Attack that's missing so figured you'd like this male better. Or I can keep breeding for you.

    Im about to start breeding for you. I got worried I was going to have to cancel on you because I couldn't find Pokemon X anywhere. Then I remembered, I took it to a friends last week. And realised I'd washed my shorts, and of course X is still in the pocket. But tried it anyway, game works, save file intact, So have caught a female scatterbug in a net ball for you. Will breed it until I get Timid and good IVs. :D

    Ho-Oh can be caught in OR! In fact, Lugia is exclusive to AS and Ho-Oh is exclusive to OR.
    But you need both of them in your party to catch the three legendary dogs, I think. I'm not 100% sure on that.
