I mean, screens of general gameplay, as opposed to just battles or bootscreens/titlescreens. Does that make more sense?

Currently, your hack's thread is pending- only because the screenshots aren't varied enouh, though; if you could give me a few screenshots of some scripts/just the player in a map, I'll approve it- just send the screens to me, there'll be no need to submit the whole thread again.

I know you've got a video with the first script there, but.. Rules are rules.

Un metodo di compressione meno efficiente è sempre meglio di nessuna compressione. Mi è venuta in mente una cosa... non so quanto possa esserti utile, ma tempo fa avevo messo mano al codice di decompressione usato nel GBA, in particolare la decodifica LZ77 (che in realtà sarebbe più che altro LZSS). Da quel punto di vista, posso sicuramente darti una mano. Magari puoi implementare la stessa cosa su Blu. La compressione di cui parlo consente un buon rapporto, e la decompressione è rapida e richiede poche risorse.

Già. E' piacevole sapere che qualcuno ne sia a conoscenza. Ti posso assicurare che siamo sulla stessa lunghezza d'onda per quanto riguarda il discorso "fama" ma a quanto ho potuto appurare, non è sufficiente in questi casi. Sono praticamente anni ormai che aspetto di trovare gente seria e disponibile con cui poter lavorare, ma per quanto mi riguarda, sembra tuttora fantascienza. Persone egoiste e opportuniste quante ne vuoi, però. Nonostante lo sconforto e tutto il resto, non ho intenzione di arrendermi, anche se la tentanzione a mollare tutto fa gola, a volte. Comunque sia, ti ringrazio per la proposta di aiuto. Se vuoi, ci sono svariati modi di contribuire, anche dovesse essere solo di farmi conoscenza qualche persona incodizionalmente interessata al mio progetto.

Sì, si tratta di un remake, a modo mio, di Oro e Argento. Remake nel senso che la storia sarà più o meno la stessa, ma ci saranno novità interessanti dal punto di vista delle funzionalità, e naturalmente di Kanto, che praticamente era inesistente. Ci sto lavorando già da parecchio tempo, ma ancora non ho trovato persone a sufficienza che possano aiutarmi con gli sprite, ad esempio.

Senza offesa, ma non era meglio inserire le immagini direttamente compresse? Se non altro, per salvare spazio. Comunque sì, principalmente mi occupo di GBA.
