I was never too fond of May, to be honest. I just really, really dislike her design. As others have said, I don't really like Lyra too much either, because of her design. I wish they brought Kris back. She was my favorite.
I thought the Kimono Girls were really interesting, as others said. Especially since they played a somewhat more important role in HG/SS as opposed to G/S/C. Silver always interested me as well, because of how he acted throughout the game.
I tend to get somewhat attached to my favorite Pokemon. I always have favorites on my team, and I feel really bad if they ever faint. I don't feel bad about the ones I don't like as much though, as awful as that sounds. XD
Those are my thoughts as well. It doesn't seem like too much really goes on there and I don't think there is much to do; I'm the kind of person who likes to do things and go places and keep busy. :P On the other hand it looks like a peaceful and quiet place, so sometimes that's nice too.
When I was younger, I always read online about how pressing the down button and B button at the same time while the pokeball closed on a Pokemon you were trying to catch made you guaranteed to catch it. Even though I know that it's not true, I've gotten into the habit of still doing it today...
I feel refreshed every time I start any of the games over, to be honest, and D/P/Pt is no exception. I think I've restarted all of my games a few times, and it never gets boring for me. Of course, I only do it when I'm in the mood to play through that particular game again. I think I might...
Occasionally I use some kind of strategy, with certain kinds of Pokemon, but usually I just prefer to use straight attacking. I'm not into competitive battling, so I never really battle against real people. So since I mainly just battle in-game, it really doesn't matter as much. I get impatient...
The only Mystery Dungeon game I've played is Explorers of Time. I got Mudkip as my Pokemon, which I was pretty okay with. I was curious as to which Pokemon I would get after answering the questions honestly, so I wasn't too picky. My partner was Pikachu.
I do miss Yellow, mainly because it was my very first Pokemon game and I don't have it anymore. I gave it to my friend's little brother years ago because he convinced me that he deserved it after giving me his Gold version. Blahhhhhh. I am a softie.
I loved having Pikachu as my starter, though...
