Well, it's possible to have a perfect IV HP mon, one just hafta RNG in Gen III-V games (depending on the person's choice), then move the offspring to Gen VI games. Destiny Knot breed the offspring then voila. :)

The only reason I haven't gotten a bundle is because I can't trade my existing 3DS XLs towards it. If it were a regular n3DS I'd be able to trade it in but they don't take trade-ins for bundles that I know of. ;-; I already have a working blue/black XL and pink/white so I don't want to buy a third one just because I prefer standard.. feels like a waste.

HP with perfect IV breeding still needs the help of the RNG. Breeding is only easy if you have a Pokemon with a perfect IV/if you are simply breeding perfect IVs. *groans for Perfect IV, HP Fire HA Budew*

It's hard to HP breed if you don't have the correct IV set, not to mention genuine RNG methods aren't available nowadays...
