You can breed it in Gen IV/V games and RNG for it, if that's more convenient for you, Nature doesn't matter, I would love a Male one though.

Yes, many of them have good IV's and egg moves.
Tell me in which you are interested, and I can tell you egg moves and somthing about IV's (Since I breed with a 6IV Ditto, most of them should have 3 to 5 IV's)
